Chapter 13- Avaricious!

Jealousy and Possessiveness are two factors which are considered to be utmost important in any love story because the feeling of claiming that one person is extraordinary. When you are in the phase of falling love without your subconscious knowing it then only extreme feeling of possession arises because you aren't sure of your own self neither you have any inkling about the other persons but all you know is that certain someone belongs to you and you alone and you can't bear their closeness with anyone not even with your own best friend whom you might consider your family at a point.

Aayush closed his fists as his eyes traveled down to Yuvi's hand on Raisha's petite waist. The sight of his girl in someone else's arm would surely have burned him but when that someone was his own best friend he felt like he was turning into ashes. He couldn't breathe nor he could move, it was like his legs have stopped responding on their own accord while his whole body got numb with some unknown pain.

"Wowww! I never knew they were a couple," Tanya remarked due to which Aayush turned his head to her and gave her a murderous look making her immediately back off.

Raisha's eyes landed on Aayush and she immediately left Yuvi while Aayush just stared at her with a blank look. Then his eyes darted to his best friend who was looking at Raisha with pure admiration and he felt his insides constricting due to heaviness.

"Thanks Raisha for giving me a chance to dance with you once," Yuvi said to her and she just nodded.

"Ohh you are here!" Yuvi said acknowledging Aayush's presence while he took long strides towards Raisha making Yuvi chuckle at his angry gaze.

"Aayush took you long enough to come, so we thought to practice with Yuvi," Mrs.Kashyap said in a teasing way.

"Ma'am what is there to practice with Yuvi, when my dance partner is perfect in everything she does. Even if she practices a little less she will match up to my level. Isn't it?" Aayush replied standing beside Raisha making her body stiff with his body heat and then suddenly he encircled his one arm around her waist pulling her to his side while Yuvi gave him an amused look and Raisha's eyes widen in shock or surprise she can't tell?

"Bestie if you are done having your chance with my partner, can you give us the stage please?" Aayush asked or more like ordered to Yuvi to get lost from his eyesight while Yuvi suppressed his laughter, but Aayush's eyes were fixated on his Raisha who was feeling so conscious of his proximity all of a sudden.

"Aayush your habit of staking claims would never change", Mrs.Kashyap commented laughing as Yuvi got down the stage.

"I don't intend to change ma'am. What is mine will always remain mine? When Aayush likes something he never leaves it no matter what happens", he replied arrogantly still fixing his gaze on Raisha making everyone laugh at his die to for attitude. After all, every girl run after him due to his charms and attitude which he never loses ever.

Tanya was burning with rage and her eyes were spitting fire seeing the way Aayush was holding Raisha close to him, but due to the audience, she maintained her calm face which was ready to kill Raisha.

"I can't believe you are dating this biggest flirt?" Isha said standing beside Tanya with a sympathetic look on her face.

"What are you implying?"

"Ohh, come on Tanya now don't be so innocent. Don't you know how my brother is, a total flirting jerk? I don't get when you can get any guy by yourself why are you running after him". Isha added trying to rile her up.

"It's none of your business whom I date or not. Stay out of it", she replied and stomped out of the auditorium but Isha was sure her words worked now she just wishes her idiotic brother would do something fast.
