Chapter 38- The Pain That Makes You Numb...

We can call it an assumption or an apt hunch but when someone close to us is in pain your heart starts getting restless. That feeling is something which you never wish will develop in your mind but when it settles, it doesn't go easily after all when you love someone from your heart and soul no matter wherever they are, they are connected with you and even a tiniest of scratch on their body might make you restless and worried. And when something big occurs to them you just wish it wasn't them but you on that place so that at least you wouldn't have to be scared of living your life alone crying for them and their love. Love is surely the most beautiful feeling but with being beautiful it might evoke scariest thoughts too, in you which you never want to feel but when you fall in love make sure, you also know that there is a lot of evil prevailing in this world which might be against you.

Raisha was feeling unusually terrible since the minute Aayush left her to take his call. She wanted to stop him but she couldn't voice it out to him but when he didn't come even after 25 minutes, a deep fear gripped her heart. Her hand automatically went to her necklace in her neck and she clutched it to feel his presence but all she could feel was some unknown pain in her chest.

Not able to hold herself anymore she looked around for Isha and Yuvi and saw them dancing. Instead of disturbing them she made her way out. She took slow steps towards the main entrance all the while praying to almighty to not let her fears win but the moment, her eyes went out of the iron gates, all the color drained out from her face and she yelled with everything in her "Aayushhhhhhhh!"

She ran like a mad girl for her husband who was lying in the middle in a pool of blood. She tripped on the stone while running and fell on her knees hurting herself, but that didn't stop her from running to him. She got up and made her way towards him to only feel, everything breaking in her.

"Aayush", She sobbed as the dam broke from her green eyes and she sat down near his unconscious figure and took his head in her lap to gasp at the tremendous amount of blood in her hands.

"Aayush please don't leave me. Open your eyes, please. Please talk to me", she cried all the while begging him to say something but he just stood there lifeless.

"Help. Someone help please!" she shouted looking around but due to the party, everyone was on the auditorium side." Aayush please talk to your Raisha, please open your eyes,''she pleaded with her tears flowing continuously but he didn't respond.

She saw his phone lying little far away and carefully she put his head on the ground not causing him anymore injury. She dialed Isha's number with trembling hands all the while her gaze fixed on her lifeless love who wasn't moving even a little.

"Isha..... Aayush.....", her voice cracked. Isha was freaking out on other side hearing her sobs but Raisha couldn't complete her sentence because the phone fell from her hand as she saw some movement in Aayush's body.

She moved towards him and held his hand with shivering hands. "Aayush, I am here please don't leave me", she stated her presence to him and he tried to open his eyes a little but he was finding it extremely difficult.

"Ra...I..sha.." he managed to utter her name and she moved towards his lips because his voice was very low." Aayush, I am here", she said caressing his face which was filled with blood.

Raisha heard someone running behind her and she turned around to see Isha and Yuvi running towards her with worried faces.

"Nothing will happen to you. Isha is here. We will take you to the hospital", she said to assure him but he went in an unconscious state again.

"Omg! Bhaiiii!" "Aayush!" Isha and Yuvi gasped with disbelief and sat down beside Raisha as she held her Aayush's hand.

"I will call an ambulance", Yuvi said controlling his tears seeing his lifeless friend while the girls cried hysterically trying to talk to Aayush.
