I shot up, gasping for air. My heart was pounding from the dream. It all felt so real, like it was happening again...like I was at the park with Tyler that night.

Harry was already up. I guess I must have woken him up.

"Hey, it was only just a dream. Shhh, you're okay," he whispered softly into my ear. No, I wasn't okay and it wasn't just a dream. My black eye was proof of that.

I leaned forward into his chest and held back tears. He wrapped his arms around me, rubbing my arm comfortingly.

"Do you want to talk about it?" He asked while resting his head on top of mine.

"No, it was just a stupid dream of me falling off a cliff," I lied, "Do you happen to know what time it is?"

Harry looked at his watch,"It's 5 in the morning."

I groaned. It was way too early to be up, "I'm gonna go to the bathroom," I said as I broke free from his embrace.

"I'll make us coffee, how does that sound?"

"Sounds good," I replied as I walked away.

Once I finished with the bathroom, I headed downstairs following the scent of coffee that filled the air until I found the kitchen.

Harry had 2 mugs of coffee sitting on the kitchen table, while he was preoccupied cooking something delicious by the stove.

"I hope you like pancakes," He said with a smile.

"You didn't have to go through the trouble," I replied as I walked over to where he was and leaned against the counter beside him.

"No trouble at all," Harry assured with a wink.

We finished eating our breakfast and discussed a few things over coffee before I helped Harry clean everything up.

"Do you think you can give me a lift home? I need to get the last of my things before I head over to Amber's."

"Of course," Harry answered, "just let me get changed."

Within 20 minutes we were already pulling into my driveway. Harry offered to help me move a couple boxes and I gladly accepted.

"Hey, before we we start loading up the car can you walk over to those boxes and get me a top to wear while I search for pants?" I asked, pointing to a pile of boxes across the room considering I was still wearing Harry's shirt and boxers as shorts.

He nodded and I began opening a box in search of comfy pants to put on.

"Wow Emma," Harry began.

"Hmm?" I kept my focus on the box I was rummaging through.

"Maybe you should put this on? I think you would look great in them," Harry said in a husky voice.

I looked over at him and gasped. He smirked back at me while holding a pair of my black lace panties in the air.

"HARRY!" I shouted in rage as I ran over to him, "I didn't think it would be so hard for you to open the box that was labeled 'tops' not 'panties' !"

"It was an honest mistake," He said with a wink. I rolled my eyes and snatched my underwear out of his grip.

"Can you just start loading the car up?" I asked while randomly grabbing any top and pants I could find before charging out to get dressed.

When I got back Harry had loaded up most of the boxes so I only needed to carry one out. I picked up the box and walked to the front door. I looked over my shoulder one last time at the empty house.

"You gonna miss it?" Harry asked,

I smiled weakly, "Maybe just a little...it wasn't filled with many good memories anyways."

Harry closed the door behind us before we began heading over to Amber's place, my new home for the time being.

"Em," Harry broke the silence that filled the car, "tomorrow night my band mates and I are having this 'goodbye' dinner with a few of our friends and I was wondering if you'd like to come?"

"Goodbye dinner?" I asked nerously.

"Yeah, we are going on tour for a couple of months so this dinner will be our last time together until we get back," Harry elaborated.

Hearing the fact that Harry was going to be gone for a long time was heartbreaking. I really felt like we had been connecting these past couple of days, and I hate that our time together has to be cut short now. I wanted to tell him that I liked him, and that I wanted to spend more time with him. You know, to get to know him better while we were out at town on a date. But this definitely changes things. Maybe it's a sign that we shouldn't be together....that I shouldn't tell him how I feel about him?

"Emma?"

I broke my train of thought and focused back on reality, "Yeah, it sounds fun."

"Great," Harry smiled.

During the remaining car ride and when we were unloading the boxes, I remained quiet.

My mind kept thinking about Harry and the fact that he was going to be away for months. What if he finds someone better and I can never confess that I like him? What if he takes Amber with him on tour, abandoning me?

Too many "what if' scenarios were playing in my head as Harry and I carried boxes up to the guest bedroom.

"What's on your mind? You've kept shut this whole time," Harry questioned, placing a box down on the ground.

"Nothing," I shook my head, "I'm just thinking."

"About?" he pressed.

I shrugged my shoulders in response. I thought about it for a second and figured it wouldn't hurt to just tell Harry how I felt. Maybe he had moved on and really did like Amber, but who cares. Plus, I wouldn't be seeing him for months right? He would probably forget what I said.

Guys forget. It's their thing.

I took a deep breath and gained the courage, "Listen, Harry I know I should have said this sooner but -"

"Hey guys! omg Emma, we are finally roomies!" Amber shouted as she entered the room.

Perfect timing Amber. I smiled weakly at her faking my excitement, "Yay."

She hugged Harry tightly and leaned up to kiss him.

"Honey, I cannot wait for tomorrow! Let's go shopping now, I need to find me a nice dress to match your suit for the dinner!" Amber exclaimed. Harry nodded in approval, and Amber ran out to get ready.

Harry looked back at me, "What were you saying?"

Of course he would invite Amber to the dinner party tomorrow. Why wouldn't he? I was foolish for thinking he'd take only me.

"I was just going to say thank you...I-I should have thanked you sooner for letting me crash at your place and for making me breakfast," I lied, looking away.

"I know Amber wants to go shopping, but I can stay here and help you unpack. You've got a lot of boxes anyways," Harry suggested.

"No, go on. I'm fine alone," I said before turning my back on Harry and beginning the long process of unpacking.
