So it was more then a little hard convincing Mr. Barbonski (the worst name, right?) that I was Lloyd's younger sister... But once I found a few 50 dollar bills, he happily shutted up and took me "home", towing the black car with us.
Lloyd's home is huuuge. And you'd think with all the money he would have better security. The spare key was under the mat, the most freaking cliche place to keep it.

Once I'd changed, I make the phone call.
RING. RING.
"Lloyd Rathman's office." A woman answered. Must be his secretary.
"This is the L.A.P.D. I need to speak with Mr. Rathman." I tell her in my 'grownup' voice. "We've recovered a stolen vehicle registered in his name."
A pause. I lick my lips hoping she'll buy it.
"Was it damaged?" She asks. I let out a breath that I didn't realize I was holding. "Yes, ma'am. We have two officers waiting at his home, ready to take a statement."
"Uh huh." She says. "I'll tell him."
"How long do you think it'll take Mr. Rathman to get there?" I ask in a neutral tone.
"15-20 minutes." She says.
"OK. Thank you. Bye." I tell her quickly and hang up.
I inhale deeply and exhale.
This is gonna be soo much fun.

The front door opens and I hear Lloyd mutter something about 'damn prank calls'.
I push my sunglasses up and step out in the hallway.
"You're in a lot of trouble, Mr. Rathman." I say sternly, legs spread apart just a bit, arms clasped at my stomach.
Just like May.
"Who the hell are you?" Lloyd yelps eyeing me.
"Agent Melinda May with Shield." I tell him forcing my twitching lips into a tight line.
"Look, clearly there's been a misunderstanding. I'm a legitimate businessman." He rushes, eyebrows knit together.
"Shield has evidence your company has been siphoning funds into an offshore account for some very bad people." I say rehearsing what I'd planned in the car.
Lloyd opens his mouth and then closes it, shifting uncomfortably under my glare.
"My clients' business is their business." He says in an unsure tone.
I sigh and roll my eyes, feigning annoyance.
"Well, my business is catching those guys, and if it turns out you've made a profit from just one of them, Shield is prepared to freeze all of your assets."
He fumbles for something in his jacket pocket. His phone.
"I'm calling my lawyer." Lloyd hisses dialing quickly.
"Do that and my offer's off the table." I tell him sternly.
He looks up at me curiously.
"What offer is that?"
"Immunity. You walk free and clear." I tell him smiling. "Shield doesn't touch a single asset."
"And if I say no?" Lloyd asks nervously.
"You spend the next five years in the fridge." I inform him grinning wickedly. "It's worse than it sounds."
Lloyd sighs and runs a hand through his hair and hesitates.
