"I swear, I am fine." I protest as Simmons draws ANOTHER vial of blood. "How much blood are you gonna draw before you believe me?"

I shift nervously as she pulls the needle out, holding up the little vial of my blood.

"Your recovery... It's honestly quite unbelievable." Simmons tells me, LIKE I DON'T ALREADY KNOW.

"Strange." Fitz corrects with a forced smile.

"We know Coulson had a very different recovery experience, so we understand why he's hesitant about sharing our findings with others." Simmons rushes eyeing me.

I stare back at the Agent, before spinning in the office chair I was sitting in putting my feet up, almost ramming into the desk full of very fragile 'science things'.

"Yeah, but something like this drug, it needs to be studied." Fitz starts catching my eyes as I spin, "Has the potential to save so many lives."

The chair slows to a stop and Simmons grabs the arms of the office chair before I go for another spin, and looks me in the eyes, all serious.

"We'd like to send a blood sample of yours to some colleagues to do a molecular breakdown." Simmons informs me, her gaze so hard I don't think I can break away from it. "Maybe if you spoke to Agent Coulson-

"Yeah, I don't think that's a good idea." I cut her off, blinking and then crossing my arms, slumping down in my seat. "If Coulson thinks it's important that this stays between us, then we should trust him." I tell them firmly. "Right? He's the  boss."

Simmons and Fitz stare at me, Fitz with his mouth open ajar, and Simmons with the most horrified expression I've ever seen her with.

"So you're saying we should obey the rules." Simmons confirms, a pissed and confused look pasted to her face.

I shrug and tilt my head to each side.

"Who are you, and what have you done with Skye?" Fitz says, making me snort.

Ward sticks his head in, taking in the scene.

"Skye, upstairs." He tells me firmly. "Top brass wants to see you."

I bite my lip and nod, glancing over at Fitz and Simmons.

They pretend not to be concerned or interested, just very focused in wiping the counter.

I sigh and roll my eyes, standing up to go meet my destiny.

Turns out that I shouldn't have worried.

They needed my advice.

"Pairing off makes total sense." I tell them after I hear the plan to keep the mind reading Clairvoyant out of our heads.

I hesitate, still a little nervous about being in the same room as Victoria Hand (who hates me), Agent Sitwell (who I was partially responsible for getting him shot with a night night gun), and Agent Garret and Agent Triplett... Who'd apparently helped save me after my 'incident'.

"Just one thought, though... What if we make it a double-blind?" I dare to ask, shifting nervously under their gaze.

"How so?" Coulson encourages.

"Well, I'll give one person from each team the potential Clairvoyant's coordinates, and I'll give the other one the identity." I start, "That way, no one person knows the full specs of the op until you get there."

Garret chuckles, startling everyone, including his specialist (Agent Triplett).

"I like how you think." He tells me, stirring up a whole lot of surprise in me. He turns to the other agents pointing at me. "I like how she thinks."
