Coulson made a speech about 'This is what Fury wanted me to do... Blah blah blah. You don't want to do it. That's fine.'
I block him out, thinking about snow.
I smile at the thought.
I had never really been able to go in snow, without risking dying... As it did snow when I was living in my van, but you know... I WAS HOMELESS. I didn't want to risk getting cold and not recovering.
I get jerked out of my thoughts by Coulson saying; "Skye? Come on!"
I jump at his hard tone and nod shortly, glancing at May, who is also shocked at his behavior.

"Snow." I say with a laugh, picking up some and throwing it up in the air. "Oh god. Better then I thought!"
Tripp glances curiously at my onesided conversation about snow.
"Haven't you ever seen snow?" He asks.
"Yes." I say in a 'duh' tone. "But I've never been able to play IN IT."
He smiles and picks up a glob of snow, carefully packing it into a ball.
I eye it, and raise any eyebrow as he puts a finger of his lips, his eyes darting to the back of Fitz's curly head a few feet ahead of us.
I smirk evily and nod at him, giving him a thumbs up.
Carefully, Tripp aims and releases!
It hits Fitz, breaking apart into powder.
He whirls around and glares at us.
"Now is not the time to JOKE AROUND SKYE!" He raises his voice.
I roll my eyes at him.
"Really, Skye." Simmons backs him up smiling at her partner.
I squint at them.
"Excuse me?" I hiss, arms crossed, still walking. "I suppose you just want to walk all sullen and depressed, mourning over how Shield has fallen until you can't think a single happy thought?"
Fitz opens his mouth but I cut him off before he can say anything.
"Well I'm sorry," I sass. "I just thought it would lighten the mood. I mean I'VE NEVER even made a real snow ball in my life. But this isn't about me! This about everyone being so down in the freaking dumps, instead of making the best of the situation!"
I huff and push past them, ignoring Simmons' hand that tries to grab me.
Once I catch up with silent May, and concentrated Coulson, I slow down.
May gives me a weak nod.
"Here!" Coulson cries! Looking around at a bare spot amongst the trees.
I glance at it curiously.
"Uhh... Are you sure this is where the coordinates lead?" I ask voicing everyone's question.
"Yes." Coulson tells me firmly.
"Ok then." I say walking forward glancing at my watch.
Suddenly I hear a familiar click of a gun, and yelp as a bullets whiz past me.
I quickly leap to the side behind a large boulder screaming 'GET THE HELL DOWN!'
Everyone immediately took cover.
"I think we found it." I say shakily.
"It just tried to kill Skye!" Tripp says from a few feet next to me. "How do we know this isn't Hydra?"
