Well... I decided that since I'm beyond excited to write the next episode, I would just write the scene with Coulson and Skye, when he tells her about... Everything, and then move on.
Sorry for the inconvenience. D:
Enjoy. :D

"Ever since you got back from who knows where, you won't even look at me." I tell Coulson, walking after him. "And I know things have been heavy right now, but..." I bite my lip. Coulson turns around and sighs. "Did I do something wrong?" I ask hurredly.
"No. I did." He replies sighing.
I don't try to cover up my confusion.
"Ian Quinn's not the only one who manipulates people, Skye."
I nod, I know that.
"We do it all the time... Actually teach it at the Academy." Coulson tells me frowning. "It's our trade."
I roll my eyes, trying to act like I don't care.
"What are you talking about?" I breath.
"I've been keeping something from you. But recently, I realized I had no right to do that."
I frown.
What is he talking about?
Then it hits me.
"Coulson doesn't want to tell you the truth." May had said.
"You lied to me." I say matter a factly. "But about what exactly?"
"Agent May and I went down to Mexico City to talk to somebody... Somebody who knows where you came from."
I smile, despite everything.
"Tell me."
"When we started this, I warned you that you might not like what you learn." Coulson reminds me.
"And I told you That it can't be worse than what I have imagined." I reply, anxious.
"It is." Coulson says firmly. "The agent who dropped you at St. Agnes was not your mother, but she was killed trying to protect you."
I bite my lip hard.
Someone DIED for me.
"A litle over 16 years ago, an entire Shield team in a small village was massacred... In attempt to secure you." Coulson starts.
I can't help but start to sink into a... feeling of hopelessness as he explains everything.
How they protected me, and then how they had me moved every few months for my safety. The whole time I thought no one wanted me, but it was Shield manipulating the system to try to keep me protected.
After Coulson is done, he pulls me into a big hug... And for once I don't resist.
I start to speak, quietly, in shock. "I thought I was alone. But I wasn't ever alone. Shield was look-looking out for me." My voice cracks as I force tears away squeezing my eyes shut.
I pull away sniffing and Coulson looks at me gently. "You gonna be ok?"
I try to smile and nod. "Yeah. I think so."
