As I walk into house her look over seeing me then confused, walk up to me.

"Well, I can see where your daughter gets her looks, Ma'am." I say slightly bowing. "My name is Lucifer."

She looks over to Laney and mouths "I like this one."

"Why thank you Lucifer. That's very kind." She replies with a smile.

"Mom can Luci stay for dinner? We kinda took up his time when he brought us home." Laney asks.

"You like cheese burgers Lucifer?" Her mother asks, turning to me.

"Whatever you are kind enough to make for me, I shall eat. Thank you Ma'am." I reply with a smile

As the girls walk up stairs I follow them.

                                                                              (Izmar's Perspective)

As we get into Laney's room Lucifer unzips his vest showing a small bit of his abs then faceplants into the bed.

"Wake me up for anything but dinner, help, or your need of sleep and I'll eat your rat dog." He mumbles.

"Okay Luci. Sleep well." I chuckle and get my homework out.

                                                                               (Laney's Perspective)

"Dinner's ready!" My mom yells from the kitchen.

"I'll wake up Lucifer. You go tell mom." I say to Izzy and she walks down stairs.

"Luci. Time to get up." I say shaking him lightly.

"Yeah, yeah." He says pushing off the bed and starting to walk out.

"Lucifer wait!" I yell quickly.

"What...?" He says groggily.

"Your vest...might want to zip it up." I say trying to ignore the fact that he's shirtless.

"Oh, right." He zips it up and walks out.

Lucifer walks back to the table and has yet another burger on his plate.

"Um...Lucifer...I'm glad you like the food but...are you gonna be okay? That's your 7th burger." My mom says also noticing the bottle of coors light in his hand

"And aren't you a little young to be drinking?" She says with a frown.

"Am I...? I don't have parents so I make my own rules really..." He says chuckling a bit.

"Oh? What happened?" I say a bit saddened.

"Well...Every hunter has a story their reason." He says, eyes darkening.

Izmar's and mine eyes widen.

"They both left a million dollar life insurance behind and I used that to pay for my car and my ratty ass apartment. 'Course I still have more than enough to live on for the rest of my life. But, I never was taught the rules and shit like that." He says flicking off the bottle cap. A bottle cap that can't be twisted off.

"I see. Well it's not my place to tell others how to live, but don't get in trouble for drinking under age Lucifer." My mom replies.

After dinner Lucifer goes to help my mom with the dishes and I pull Izmar aside.

"What the hell is he? A rugaru, werewolf, Gluttony even?" I whisper yell.

"I don't know, I don't think he's a rugaru, and if he was a werewolf he would have turned by now. He might be Gluttony but he doesn't radiate the uncontrollable hunger. He's different though, that's for sure."

"You've got that right..." I reply sighing. "We can't just kill him, he might just be a normal guy." I say slightly irritated.

"Yeah, I don't know." Izmar replies.

                                                                     (Lucifer's Perspective)

When I wake up I realize I had gone upstairs and fell asleep on Laney's bed. I get up checking for devil's traps then walk down stairs. I see them watching a movie and walk up behind them.

"What'cha watchin?" I say appearing out of the dark.

"Holy shit!" Izmar says almost falling off the couch.

I laugh then jump onto the couch with them.

"What's the time?" I ask.

"1:37 in the morning." Laney replies.

"Oh damn. Sorry for taking your bed." I say rubbing my neck.

"It's fine. We don't sleep much anyways." Laney says reassuring me.

"Then Let's talk. Sounds fun right?" I say chuckling.

So we talked until they both fell asleep around 3:00 in the morning.
