"We want you to come on tour with us."

//Angela (Angel)//

"Wha-what? Since when?" I stutter. To be honest, the thought of going on tour with them had never even crossed my mind. Not to mention I have almost a full month left of school.

"I can't miss school..." I trail off.

"I uh, I thought it was kind of weird that you got held back when you were 18. I looked into it, and it turns out Amy asked the school to hold you back an extra year. I think it was because she couldn't prove who you were in order for you to get your diploma, but now that we know who you are they said you can get it in your birth name. You can leave now if you want, you've already earned it." When Ashton was done speaking I felt like part of my world crashed, I felt a tear slide down my cheek and Alex wiped it away with her small thumb.

"So there's nothing holding me back?" I question sadly. Sure, it would be amazing to travel the world, especially with Ashton, Luke, Calum, and Michael by my side. I'm just not sure I'm ready to leave Alex and the place I grew up behind me. I look to Alex, judging by the tears in her eyes she must already assume I'm going to accept their offer.

"I don't want to leave you." I say quietly, taking her hands in mine. "I could stay here, get a job and an apartment, and finish school with you. We could still move to a different state together and get a place like we've always wanted." She shakes her head, confusing me.

"No, I want you to go." She says, a tear sliding down her left cheek.

"But-"

"No 'but's, you deserve this. You've always wanted to travel the world, now you've got the chance. And with four, scratch that nine incredibly hot guys. Eight if you don't count your brother." She giggles.

"As a matter of fact I don't. Although I'm pretty hot so I can see why you'd think he is." I remark, letting go of her right hand to flip my hair over my shoulder. We both giggle and she hugs me, letting go after a few minutes when we stop crying.

"I guess that means I'll go with you guys." I turn to the boys to see their wide smiles. "So, when's the concert?"

~~~Later, at Alex's~~~
The boys had been practicing downstairs while Alex and I just hung out in her room. Sitting on the edge of her bed, talking and watching How I Met Your Mother.
"At least you'll have Luke to watch the new episodes with." She said sadly, knowing the boys and I were leaving in less then ten minutes for the show.
"We can live text if they're not at the same time as any concerts." I suggest.
"Or if you're not on a plane, wait it'd be impossible anyway. You're going to almost always be in a different timezone entirely." Both our faces fall at her realization, I take one of her hands in both of mine.
"Al, we're always gonna be best friends. Okay? Nothing is going to keep us apart, I promise. Do you?" I hold my pinky out and she hooks hers around it.
"Of course, and you'll visit when you have time and aren't visiting your family. Right?"
"I'll fly you to me so you can meet my family too if I can't come here." She smiles widely at me.
"We should probably go, huh."
"Yeah, I don't want to make the boys late." Just then I hear Ashton yell from downstairs.
"Angie! Are you ready to go, love?"
"Yeah, we're coming!" Alex and I both head downstairs, meeting the boys and her dad in the mud room. There's a knock at the door and her dad answers it, letting Michael in.
