Valentine's Day

Hi guys! Since its Valentine's Day I wanted to do a cute little TenRose thing but since they're a bit tied up in TTF, I decided to do a cute oneshot in this little book. After all, that's what it's for, right?

Doctor's POV:

On Earth, Valentine's Day is a HUGE thing for couples. HUGE. I'm not sure what Rose and I are, whether we're friends or a bit more than friends, not sure. But on Earth in her time, it was Valentine's Day. So, as a special thing, I made her breakfast in bed. As I near her door, questions begin to pop up in my head. What if she doesn't like the food? What if she gets mad at me? What if? What if? What if? I shake me head, tossing all thoughts like that aside, I gently open her door as I balance the tray of food on my other hand. I grab the tray with both hands again and walk to her bed. Artificial sunlight is streaming through her artificial window, landing on her sleeping form and making her look like such an angel. Before I drool on her food, I set the tray before her. I gently shake her.

"Rose. Rose. Wake up Rose. Come on love, wake up now." I gently say to her. Her eyes groggily open and she sees the tray of food in front of her.

"Doctor! What's this?!" She asks through a smile.

"It's breakfast in bed. Happy Valentine's Day Rose!" I say, giving her my most dashing smile. "I love you." I say to her in my mind. I see her smile.

"Come here." She said, patting the space on her bed next to her. I came and sat down, careful not to get too close.

"Oh come on, you don't need to sit on the edge. And get comfy." She orders. Simply unable to refuse her a thing, I immediately comply. She cuts one of the pancakes I cooked for her (the TARDIS actually did the cooking, I wanted it to be good, not hockey pucks. The TARDIS stopped me and insisted she do it. I had to let her do it because she wouldn't even let me have the refrigerator) and moves it to my mouth.

"Rose I made this for you. Don't you want it?" I ask, trying not to let the hurt show on my face.

"Of course I want it, are you daft? Wait, yes you are but I want to share it with you! Come on, open up!" I grin before opening my mouth for her to put the pancakes in. We eat the food and I take the dishes to the galley to clean as Rose changes. After that, I meet her in her room.

"So, do you want to go somewhere?" I ask her. I see her mouth break into a smile.

"Of course!" She says, walking to me and grabbing my hand. She starts to run to the console room, dragging me behind.

"Rose!" I laugh as she quickly turns a corner, nearly making me lose my balance. We finally reach the console.

"That was fun!" She says, wrapping herself around me in a hug. I stiffen for a moment and then melt into her touch. I break free rather suddenly and start to dash around the console.

"Okay Rose. You ready for this Valentine's Day?" I ask her, prepared to send us into the Time Vortex. She nods her head.

"I was born ready!" She laughs. I smile and pull the lever, hurtling us through the Time Vortex. We both fall to the ground and begin laughing. We get up, and I grab her hand and lead her towards the door. I open it, and look at her face. Her eyes soften and a small, happy smile dances across her lips, making her whole self beam with joy.

"Do you like it?" I ask her, moving towards her a little bit to see her face better.

"I love it." She says, hardly above a whisper. I smile. We step into the full sized ballroom with classical piano playing, and I hold out my hand for her to take. She does, and I place the other hand on her hip. We begin to dance. As the song draws to an end, I lean down and let our foreheads touch. She moves her head up, and I take that as an invitation. So, I gently press my mouth to hers, and she accepts. Soon, both of us are snogging, her hands on my neck and in my hair, and mine resting on her hips. She pulls away to breathe.

"I love you, Rose Tyler." I say, and she leans up to kiss me again. The kiss doesn't last long, but it still makes my hearts flutter.

"I love you too, Doctor. You daft old alien!" She laughs, hugging me around the chest and completely pressing herself against me. She moves to kiss me again, and this time I get her mouth open. Soon, our tongues are gracefully sliding together expertly and both of us are exploring the others mouth. I pull away, panting from the excitement.

"Shall we take this to my room in the TARDIS, Rose?" I pant, my forehead resting on hers.

"I think that's best." She says. She begins to walk into the TARDIS, but I pick her up and carry her bridal style to my bed, occasionally snogging her along the way. Rose and I are still together, perfectly happy with our two children Kazran and Jenny. So many things have changed, like her species, and oh-so-many other things. We're in a jam, that's ok, but this is the night both of our lives bonded forever.

Hello my Time Peepsles. Please tell me what you thought and your opinions on the end. And to explain it a little, this is the night that Kazran was conceived, and the night that Ten and Rose got serious with their schtuff. So yeah I gotta go but thanks for accepting this late! I love you guys!
