Chapter 15 - Plans

Kai's POV
I send Soo-Ri to Kristy's place. I think it's more safer there when I'm over at the headquarters.

I told everyone what happened last night, and now, we're investgating.

Sehun and I are reading some papers, while the others went the place where something exploded.

"Hey, Hyung. Look at this." Sehun said.

I looked at him. He handed me the paper and I took it and started to rad it.

Cho Hyung-Ki, age 25. A murder and rapist. He raped Kim Jaejoong's daughter, Kim Jiyeon and Kim Joo-Ri. He killed Lee Jaehyun and his wife, Choi Hana. He also murdered Kim Jaejoong and Choi Hye Yeon---

I stopped there.

"Mwoh?! This is the man who killed my parents?!" I snapped.

"Kai, calm down." Sehun said.

I sighed.

"He also killed Soo-Ri's parents as well...and..." I trailed off, remembering how he raped my sisters.

"Kai, you just have to calm down. Okay, we're doing this for their protection, alright. Once we find him, we'll bring him to jail." Sehun said.

"Why not just kill him?!" I growled.

"Revenge is not the answer, Kai. It's not going to bring your parents back." Sehun stated.

I sighed at that.

"Neither are Soo-Ri's parents." Sehun added.

"But...." I got cut off by my phone.

I picked it up and put speaker.

"Kai, we found out who set up the bomb." Suho said.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"Luhan analyzed it. He says it's Cho Hyung Ki." Suho replied.

I balled my fist even tighter.

"And also...he sends his men over here to watch Soo-Ri's movements." Suho added.

"We need to get Soo-Ri a new apartment." I said.

"We will. Kris and Tao are getting her stuff. Hope you don't mind, Jongin. She'll be staying with you." Suho said.

I nodded. "That's fine."

"Unless he does something dirty to Soo-Ri." Sehun said.

"Y-Yah!" I exclaiimed.

Suho chuckled at that.

"Anyway, we're going to lock this apartment, maybe sell it at least. The boss says it's fine." he said.

"Arasso." Sehun said.

"Got to go, the rest of us will find more evidence." With that, Suho hung up.

I put my phone away and looked at the papers again.

"We'll get him this time." I mumbled.

Soo-Ri's POV
"So, he just kissed you, just like that?" Kristy asked.

I nodded, while blushing.

"Wah~ You're in love, Soo-Ri." Kristy squealed.

I rolled my eyes at her.

"What about you and Sehun? Surely, there's something between the two of you." I said, smirking.

She stopped squealing and blushed.

"W-We haven't done anything, we just talked normally." she said.

"Ah-huh." I said, crossing my arms.

"Soo-Ri, something just happened between me and him last night." she said.

"What?" I asked.

"We almost kiss." she replied.

I giggled at her.

"You almost did." I said.

She nodded.

"You're starting to have feelings for him already." I said.

"Same goes for you and Kai." Kristy said.

I blushed at that.

Kai's POV
"I think we'll never find the place where he's hiding." Sehun said.

I got mad and started to hit the wall.

"Dude, calm down." Sehun said.

"How can I calm down?! He killed my parents and Soo-Ri's parents." I snapped.

"Hyung, at least look where he's hiding." Sehun stated.

"Right, sorry." I said.

Then the others came back.

"Anything?" I asked.

"Just this." Suho handed me a bag that has a gun.

"It's his. Cho Hyung Ki." Suho added.

"We already locked the apratment. And no one is allowed to go in." Kris said.

"Have you guys found the place where he's hiding?" Lay asked.

"Nothing yet." Sehun replied.

We all sighed at that.

"Kai." Tao said.

"Yeah?" I asked.

He pulled out a familiar folder.

"We found this in Soo-Ri's room."

Tao handed me the folder. And I recognized it.

It's my profile. How did Soo-Ri get it? I thought.

"Let's keep searching the clues." said Suho.
