We had switched our places on the floor for the couch. I was stuck between Louis and Zayn while Niall and Liam were on the ends. Liam had turned on the TV and we began watching some cartoons. I was getting tired and I wanted to lean my head on something or someone. But if I leaned my head to the left, I'd be on Zayn's shoulder. If I leaned to the right, I'd be on Louis' shoulder. So I leaned my head back over the back of the couch and closed my eyes.
"You're going to ruin your neck that way, love," Louis said.
So I pretty much had no choice not to lean my head on either Zayn or Louis' shoulder. I picked Louis'.
"See, now that's much better," he said.
My eyelids began to get heavy and the TV was the coming blurry. I didn't want to fall asleep on Louis' shoulder because I didn't want him to get the wrong idea. I tried to fight the sleep, but it won.
"KNOCK KNOCK!" went someone at the door.
My eyes flew open and I was in my room. How did I end up in here? I walked out to the front door is opened it. It was my parents.
"How did you find me?" I asked as they pushed their way into the house which had knocked me to floor.
"Harry! They found me!" I cried but my cries went unheard.
Had they left already? Where were my brothers?
"No one can help you," my dad said.
His voice wasn't normal, it sounded evil. I got to my feet and I could smell alcohol on my parents' breaths.
"Why are you living with these men?" my mom asked.
"To get away from you," I growled.
"Wrong answer," my dad said as he slapped me across the face that made me hit the floor again.
I held my face where he had slapped me; it hurt so bad.
"You promised you'd stop drinking!" I yelled.
Then my parents were standing over me. Their faces looked deformed and scary looking. What else have they been doing since me and my brothers moved out? My mum's hands clasped around my throat then.
"Harry, help!" I screamed.
"He's not here to save you any more, Katie," my father said.
My mum began to shake me while saying my name over and over again.
"Katie! Katie wake up! You're having a bad dream!"
My eyes flew open and I had seen Matty. It was just a dream? I looked around the room and noticed I was in Harry's room. How did I end up in here?
"Matty, it felt so real," I said as I held onto him.
"You were screaming pretty loud too," Matty said.
"How did I end up in Harry's room, Matty?"
"I think Harry had came and got you when you had fallen asleep in Uncle Louis' shoulder."
I looked down at the clothes I was wearing; I was wearing one of Harry's shirts along with the shorts I was wearing yesterday. I looked on the other side of the bed, but I didn't see Harry there.
"They left already, but Harry left this for you," Matty said as he he needs me a note.
"Hey, Katie. I'm sorry I won't be there with you when you wake up. We had to leave earlier than I thought we had to and I didn't want to wake you. If you're wondering why you're wearing my shirt, Niall accidentally spilled something on yours when he tripped over Louis' foot. I love you and I will make sure to Skype you every night. - Hazza."
I got out of Harry's bed and my feet hit the cold floor.
"Where are Devy, Trevor and Bradley?" I asked.
"They are eating pancakes that Auntie Joee made for us," Matty said.
Joee was here?
"How did she get here?"
I was getting confused; I sure hope I wasn't dreaming again.
"Harry had called her to come over just before they left."
Matty grabbed my hand and led me out of Harry's room and to the kitchen.
"Good morning, Katie," Joee said.
"Are you okay Katie?" Bradley asked.
"Yeah, of course I am," I lied.
