Chapter 31

Couple days later......

Early morning

Justin's POV

To describe these past couple days have been amazing. Demi and I have done a lot already. It's been really nice and romantic. Selena's the best when it comes to organising things and setting things up. I have a lot to thank her for. But back to right now, just laying in bed with the most magnificent person in the world, having the time of our lives. She's fast asleep right now but she looks content. I've never seen Demi so happy about something. I've been waking up to seeing her breathtaking smile everyday and it's making me kinda emotional inside seeing my wife so happy. I'm just a really emotional guy, I guess. I just love seeing her with a smile on her little face. When she smiles, I smile. I know it's cheesy quoting your own song, but it's the truth. I hate seeing Demi upset about anything, when she cries, my heart breaks a little and then I'll get all emotional.

I never even dreamt of spending a week in Jamaica for a honeymoon. Selena really surprised me, I'm stll not over it. I don't know she does it sometimes. She's the bestest friend ever. Yes I'm using the word 'bestest'. Demi's rubbing off on me....she's cute that way.

We've just been spending the last couple of days after our dinner date just relaxing and sleeping and learning to love each other more and more each day. I think we should go sightseeing or take a walk or something for the day today. Time to wake up Demi. I turn to face her and her hair's everywhere, her lips slightly pouted and her eyes shut tight, lost in her dream.

A part of me says "wake her up now" and another part of me says "not yet, just look at her." I'll just stare at her for a little bit. She looks so innocent when she's sleeping. I'm just memorizing all the features on her face that make me go crazy, like her nose and her adorable freckles. I run my thumb over her bottom lip before gently kissing her pouted lips, making her smile in her sleep. Aww I just made her smile in her sleep, how pretty can this girl get? Her eyes flutter open after a few minutes and she looks at me.

I flash her my famous smile. "Good morning gorgeous." I whisper, giving her a final small kiss on the lips.

 "Good morning handsome."

"How did you sleep?"

"I slept great thanks." she replied. I smile at her and she does the same thing in return, just a lot more innocent looking and adorable.

"So, what do you wanna do J? Anything you had in mind?" she asked me, sitting up slightly, starting to wake up a bit more.

"I had like taking a walk or doing some sightseeing for the day in mind...come on, it'll be fun!"

Demi hesitated before finally agreeing and nodding her head.

"Okay, cool let's go, Mr Over-Enthuasiam..." she joked.

Demi's POV

For the whole day we were just walking around, taking in nature's beauty. It's so vibrant and colourful over here. It's really quiet and calming too, we don't normally find that where we live because the crazy paparazzi. It's a beautiful island, I'd love to come back here again.

I feel so safe when I'm around Justin, he's got this super over-protective side which I find really cute. It doesn't really annoy me when he's like that because I know he's just trying to help.

After hours of walking up and down, we got back to the hotel quite late and sat in the living room and I went to go change into my PJ's and came back.

"Did you enjoy the walk, Demi?"

"Yeah it was really great but my shoulders and my back are killing me..."

"Don't worry Dems, I'll give you a massage. You just sit right here and I'll be right back."  

"I love you Justin." I said grinning at him.

"I love you too Demi."

He's the sweetest guy ever. About 5 minutes later, he came back with this oil in his hand, I'm assuming it's meant for massages.

He told me to turn away from him and then started to rub the oil into my skin. This... is... so... relaxing. I'm slowly falling asleep...

Justin's POV

Demi's fallen asleep on me. I'll just carry her to bed. As I started to lift her up, she flinched slightly in my arms, let out a small yawn, mumbled something I couldn't understand and opened her sleepy eyes.

"Go back to sleep, beautiful." I say softly, being extra careful. "I'm just taking you to bed."

I watch her close her eyes again and she tightened her grip around my neck. Once we get into the bedroom, I set her head down on the pillow and bring the covers over her, keeping her warm in the air conditioning. I change into my PJ's and get into bed beside her. She opened her eyes again when she felt my body come onto the bed. I laid beside her and kissed her lips and she smiled sleepily and just stared at me.

"Close your eyes baby." I whispered, squeezing her waist under the covers. "Just go to sleep."

I played with her hair until I was sure she was sound asleep. "I love you Demi." I said, kissing her cheek.

I shut my eyes and drifted off to sleep too.
