Here we go guys....

Justin's POV

Demi came in through the door and walked into the living room. I was scrolling through my phone and asked her, "Hey Dems, how's Miley doing-" I was cut off by a loud sob escaping Demi's mouth. I looked up to see her in tears. "Aww, what's wrong Demi?" I said looking up at her with worry in my tone.

She didn't say anything, she just threw her bag on the floor and slumped onto the couch. She buried her head in her heads and her cries got even louder, her body was shaking. I faced Demi and looked into her eyes. “Stop crying beautiful...” I whispered, but she turned her face. I sighed and stood up.  I think Demi was at her wit's end. She had had enough, and who could blame her? I had seen this before with the paparazzi. They've been, for whatever reason, incredibly ruthless towards Demi ever since Joseph passed.

“They’re so mean.” she whispered through tears.

“I know baby girl, I know.” I whispered, pulling her head against my stomach.

"No you don't know Justin, no you DON'T!" she raised her voice pushing herself off me.

"Baby, just relax, I'll sure we'll just figure something out and-"

"NO! I can't take it anymore Justin! It tears me apart knowing I can't see my son anymore and I just...I just don't think I can do this anymore..." the last words coming out like a whisper.

What is she talking about?

"Demi, don't start bringing Joseph into this, you don't mean any of that...you're just upset, you just need to calm down-"

"JUSTIN I AM NOT GONNA CALM DOWN! I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE, THE PAPS ARE PUSHING EVERY BUTTON THEY CAN TO HURT ME, TO HURT US, THE MEDIA IS TWISTING OUR WORDS AND MAKING UP THESE STUPID RUMOURS AND LIES ABOUT OUR FAMILY, I JUST CAN'T!" she yelled, running her hands through her hair, angry. I've never seen Demi act like this. This was a whole other side to her. "You know what Justin?" she said in a quiet tone walking up to me, looking me dead in the eyes.

"What?"

"I give up, I'm done, I can't do this anymore..."

"Demi....let's not do anything stupid now..." I said warning her as I watched her pace up and down wringing her hands crazily.

"J, I'm not happy and the only way I'll be happy is if....if I join my son.." My eyes widened, oh my God.

"D-Demi please, just calm down..." I said to her, my eyes were stinging from tears that threatening to come out and fall down my face.

"Justin, if you tell me to calm down ONE MORE TIME I SWEAR..." she shouted stamping her feet coming up to me, waving her finger in my face. I held my hands up, frightened. Demi's lost it. I'm gonna freak out if she doesn't stop whatever craziness she's doing now. I'M NOT LOSING MY WIFE. I AM NOT LOSING THE LOVE OF MY LIFE.

"D-Demi, come here..." I stuttered, putting my arms out for her to come and hug me, trying to reason with her.

"I'm not coming a-anywhere near y-you, J-Justin. I'm going." she said.

"G-going where?" I asked. She turned away from me and I followed her into the kitchen. She started searching frantically through all the cutlery drawers. "Wait, b-baby...w-what are you doing?" I asked apprehensively, watching every move she made. "You don't need to do t-this Demi, I can help you..."

"I CAN'T LIVE LIKE THIS ANYMORE JUSTIN!"

"Put that down Dems...." I said to her. "It's okay..."

"N-NO IT'S NOT JUSTIN! IT'S NOT OKAY AT ALL! CAN'T YOU SEE I'M NOT HAPPY?!" she yelled back at me. I took at few steps back, my heart was racing at this point as I watched hold the knife to her body.

"DAMN IT!" she shrieked, making me jump. She dropped the knife down on the floor in frustration and I had to jump away to save myself from getting cut. She's out of her mind right now and I'm feeling really uneasy and uncomfortable about all of this. I watched her walk out of the kitchen and head upstairs. Oh no. I quickly went to go put the knife and its place and followed her upstairs. She was in the bathroom, looking in the cabinet for something. She pulled out a few small bottles of pills and started opening them frantically.

"B-Baby n-noo..." I whimpered, I started grabbing her wrist, trying to pull them away from her, but she kept elbowing me and pushing me off her.

"Let go of me J-Justin, I-I need to do t-this." she said breathing heavily.

"D-Demi, no! Listen to me, you don't need to do this, don't do this to yourself, I love you..."

"But I-I just want to sleep Justin."

"Then why don't you put all of this stuff down and we can go to sleep?"

"No, I want to s-sleep...and never wake up." she said, her voice hoarse. My eyes widened as soon as she said never wake up. What is making Demi to think like this? This isn't right, this isn't my Demi. The Demi I know wouldn't be saying all this awful stuff. The Demi I know is the strongest woman I know. The Demi I know wouldn't resort to trying to kill herself.

"You need to stop this baby..."

"No...I don't..." she elbowed me in the arm and she managed to open one of the bottles and put some in her mouth.

"Demetria, spit those out right now!" I said sternly, grabbing her mouth trying to get her to release the pills, I felt like I was talking to a child but it needed to be said so she'll at least try and listen to me. She replied with a muffled "No!" and I could feel her swallow them.

It was like some kind of demon had possessed Demi's body and it won't leave her alone. "Demi look, you need help and I'm willing to give it to you."

"I d-dont need h-help J-Justin I need..."

"You need what, baby?" I said staring at her. All of a sudden her eyes shut and she collapsed in my arms. "Demi?! Demi, can you hear me? Demi?!" she didn't respond.

I laid her carefully on the floor and put her in the recovery position. I heard footsteps come to the bathroom, it was Delilah.

"W-What's going on guys?" she said half asleep, rubbing her tired eyes. I looked at her and her eyes widened when she saw Demi on the floor.

"M-Mom?!" Tears were welling up in her eyes.

"Delilah, pass me your phone."

"W-What's happening, Dad? I-Is everything o-"

"Delilah please! No time to talk, just do what I say and give me your phone!"

"Okay okay!" she said, flinching at my voice, passing her phone to me. I didn't mean to scare her, I'm just really panicky and worried for my baby's life right now and I just wanted to be quick and get help as soon as possible. I started to dial 911. C'mon pick up pick up pick up...

"Hello? Yeah hi, I'm gonna need an ambulance please, my wife has just tried to commit suicide....y-yeah she's breathing....y-yes....y-yeah my daughter's with me as well....she took pills and she was t-trying to tell me something and I couldn't quite get it then the next thing I knew she j-just collasped and....yes please....okay...thank you so much, okay, bye." I said wiping my tears. Within a few minutes, I could hear sirens blaring down our road. "Delilah, go open the door."

"I'm on it." I saw her rush down the stairs and I could hear her talking to the paramedics before coming upstairs.

"Come on Demi, wake up." I quietly said to Demi. She still didn't move. "You can't leave me now beautiful, I need you. I need my Demi. Please open your eyes. You're strong Demi, you can do this." I pratically begged her.

She can't leave me now, I won't let her. I'm not losing her. I am not going to lose my baby. I'm nothing without her, I need her. You know what, I don't think I've ever cried so hard in my entire life.
