"I hate that you're going to be in LA without me," Karlie said cuddled up with Olivia on the bed as Taylor looking over her things for the last time.

"It's only like a week Kar." Taylor said going through a mental check list.

"I know but still...."

Taylor looked up at her girlfriend. "I promise that as soon as I drop off the cats I will come over."

Karlie chewed on the inside of her cheek nervous about asking what was on her mind. Ever since her and Taylor had that cab ride around Manhattan two months ago Karlie had been thinking about asking the singer to move in together.

"Its just going to be weird not seeing you everyday or sleeping in the same bed."

"I know maybe I'll actually get some sleep for once," Taylor joked.

"You weren't complaining last night if I remember..." Karlie replied with a smirk.

Taylor blushed and pushed the model's shoulder, rolling her eyes in embarrassment.

"When you get back here I can just come over and stay at your place so you don't have to worry about going back out."

Taylor grinned. "That would be perfect."

"You know what would be even more perfect?" Karlie asked, her heart starting to pound at her pending question.

"What?" Taylor asked zipping up her suitcase.

"If we did always have to bounce back and forth between my apartment and yours."

The singer looked up at the model expression telling Karlie to continue.

The younger girl looked down at the cat watching her hands as they stroked through soft fur.

"What if we...moved in together?" she fumbled but looked up at the blonde for a reaction.

Taylor frowned as she contemplated her response. "I...um..."

"You don't want to," Karlie stated.

"I didn't say that. I... it just took me by surprise."

"Surprise?" Karlie questioned. "We basically live together. Half of my cloths are here anyway."

"I know...I just...I've never lived with anyone before. It just felt a little fast."

Karlie's defense softened as she took her girlfriends hands in her own. "I love you and I think we're ready."

"I love you too," Taylor said without hesitation. "I...ok. Let's do it," she said with much more hesitation.

"Yeah?" Karlie said hopefully.

The singer nodded and Karlie grinned ear from ear. She placed Olivia to the side and knelt on the bed pulling Taylor in for a hug.

"This is good for us I promise," she whispered to Taylor.

Taylor finally let her smile take over, fully trusting the model.

They parted their bodies, Karlie's arms still draped around the singer's neck though.

"You're moving in here though," Taylor said. "I worked too hard finding this place and putting in security and-"

"Done." Karlie replied with no fight.

Taylor smiled and bit her lip. "You're amazing."

"Now I really don't want you to go," Karlie said trying to pull Taylor onto the bed.
