Jason's pov
We finally make it back to my little Nashville farm and she heads straight for the barn before I'm even out the door. I laugh and try to catch up to that wild eyed cowgirl. She opens the barn just as I catch up and she goes to Heaven's stall. The big golden brown horse gets excited. "Wanna saddle 'em up?" I ask, pulling her favorite saddle off the wall. It's like she doesn't even hear me.

As I pet the beautiful young horse, memories float up to me
~flashback~
We were washing the horses when Jay dumped a bucket of water on me. I clench my fists in fury and spin around. His eyes get huge. "Oh shit, I'm dead now aren't I?" I smile and try not to laugh. "You better start runnin' redneck." I gasp, through clenched teeth. He laughs and takes off running. He doesn't get far as I pull out my lasso and rope his feet. He collapsed right at the door and turned over. "Ya caught me pretty quick on that one." He says, undoing the rope. "So ya got me. What ya gonna do with me?" I smile and walk over as he sits on the ground, knowing very well if he got up I'd just knock him back down. I walk around him. "You really wanna know?" I ask, flirt in my voice. He tilts his head to look back at me then he grabs my legs, pulling me onto his lap and catching me off guard. We made out and made love right there on the barn floor.
~flashback over~
"You were a nayghty naughty boy that day." I whisper to myself. "Huh?" Oh I forgot Jason was in the barn with me. "Heh heh sorry been in the zone the last however minutes." I say trying not to laugh. He just smiles back at me.

We laid out on the hay afterwards, an old tattered blanket the only thing covering us. She stared at the ceiling eyes closed. I prop my head on my hand. "The horses just saw all that." She whispers. I laugh and glance at them. "I don't think they care baby." "Don't you dump water on me again, cowboy. Or I'll have your head." And I don't doubt it. This little Texan could have me hogtied before I even stand up. She's the fastest roper in all of Texas.
~flashback over~
She pulls me back to the present by tapping me on the head and taking off. I glance at the rope on the wall. I'm not nearly as good as her but she taught me a few things a while back. I snatch it up and run after her. "Oh you better run Dallas." I whisper. She ran into the woods. I quietly walked over listening for any sounds. "Come out come out wherever you are." I call. "Hiya!" I hear her yell from above and then she lands on my back. I fall to my knees in surprise then flat on my stomach and remember when I said she could hogtie. Well she did. "Untie me!" I shout, unable to move. She just laughs over me, clutching her stomach, my face in the dirt. "Dallas, I'm sorta eating dirt here." She flips me onto my back. "I know if the guys saw us now they'd say, "I know who wears the pants in the relationship." "Oh Jay you finally figured out." She says, teasingly, sitting on my stomach. "Are you gonna untie me or what?" She laughs and just sits on me. "I guess we're gonna have to do this the hard way." I mutter, trying to get my pocket knife out. She catches on quickly and holds my hands down. Then she kisses me. My eyes close and I feel my hands loosen. The rope falls to the ground and I wrap my arms around her. "You've taken the show enough today baby." I whisper. She shoves me back down, smiling over me. "Oh you are one crazy girl." She stands up and walks deeper into the woods. I quickly run after her. She's such a tease. "I can be your best friend or your worst nightmare. It all depends on you." She says, walking with her eyes closed. I grab her shoulders and put her against a tree. Her eyes go wide in surprise making me laugh. "Gotcha." She smirks. Uh oh. "Oh really? You got me?" The lightning quick roles are reversed and my face is smashed against the tree with my arm pinned behind my back. "Don't be stupid Jason, you know I'll always win." "Yeah I know." I strain to say. I turn my head to talk better. "It's best to have a little fun before you totally wear me out." She laughs and releases me. I lean my back against the tree and she kisses me again, her arms around my neck, mine find her waist. "Now that's what I'm talkin' about." I whisper, laying her down.

We get back to the house. "I'm gonna go take a shower. I'm worn out." He says. I try to hide my smile best I can. He smiles though making me smile. He grabs my hands. "Don't ever leave me." He says, kissing me. He then goes upstairs and I sit on the couch. I'm glad I'm back here in Nashville running that silly cowboy ragged. I never wanna leave again.
