Harry x Reader

You sit next to your group friends and watch the famous Harry Potter from the other side of the Great Hall. He was currently ogling at Cho Chang, who was sat in front of you, accidentally spitting his pumpkin juice down his front making you roll your eyes. You slam your book shut and rise from the table, gaining the attention of your friends and Harry.

You tell your friends you're heading to the library before briskly leaving the hall.

You walk along the corridor, head down before throwing your book in frustration. Harry didn't like you, he was so obviously head over heels for Cho. Your heart burns with jealousy and your eyes shine with heartbreak.

"(Y/N)? Are you okay?" You spin around to see Harry stood there. You nod slightly, tears building in your eyes, but before any tears can fall, Harry is in front of you holding you tight.

"Now, now, a beautiful girl like you shouldn't be crying. What's wrong?" He says looking into your eyes. Your lower lip trembles as you say "I-I like someone. But he likes one of my best friends, a-and he looks at her like she's his everything and I'm just... One of the friends."

"Well then he doesn't deserve you. Who is he?" Harry asks politely and you shake your head rapidly, "I can't say, H-Harry. I'd embarrass myself, and that's the last thing I need at this very moment."

Harry sighs slightly impatiently. You panic.

"It's you..." You mumble hoping he doesn't hear, oh but of course he does.

"Oh, (y/n), I've never been staring at Cho, as weird as it sounds, I've been looking at you! The way your hair shines from the light coming through the windows, the way your eyes sparkle when you smile... It's you (y/n). You're perfect" Harry says smiling and pulling you into his arms placing a small kiss to your forehead.

"I love you"

"I love you too, Harry"
