Remus x Nikki

"I don't want you going anywhere near that Lupin, Nikki, whether he interests you or not. Him and his friends are disgusting and I won't have our family being involved with that filth." Your twin brother Lucius warns you, kissing your cheek before walking away with his group of friends. You shake your head nonetheless and ignore your brother's rant. Your mother had taught you how to transform into your animagus, which is a cat, so therefore it was easy to sneak after Remus and his friends.

They hurried out of the castle, pulling Remus along as he writhed in pain in James and Sirius' arms. Your eyes widened in concern and you hurried out behind them, a light breeze running through your fur. As the boys run into the trees, you transform back to your normal being and follow after them.

You hide behind a tree as Remus starts screaming in pain. Sirius was nowhere to be seen, however you payed no attention to that fact as you watch on in curiosity and concern. A hand grabs your should and spins you around. You gasp loudly as Sirius stands in front of you, looking on in concern.

"You shouldn't be here, Nikki. It's too dangerous. Go back to the castle." Sirius demands, but you shake your head and stand your ground. Sirius sniffs lightly before furrowing his eyebrows, "I didn't know you had a cat, Nikki." You laugh and shake your head, "I don't, it's my animagus."

Sirius' eyes widen as he grabs your hand and pulls you into the clearing where Remus was now lying on the floor. "It's okay, she's one of us now." Sirius says as the others look at you in surprise. Remus smiles at you slightly through his pain before screaming yet again, his limbs growing longer as he transforms into a large and scary creature. Sirius takes your hand again before whispering, "transform."

You shift into your cat form again and open your eyes to find a stag, rat, dog and werewolf stood before you. The wolf nudges you with its nose and signals for you to follow him as you run around the grounds of Hogwarts.

"How many times do I have to tell you, Lucius?! I was in my dorm," you shout as your brother interrogates you. You feel a hand on your shoulder and turn to find Remus, you smile politely before turning back to your brother, "please excuse me, Lu-" you're interrupted as Lucius slaps you across the cheek, "I told you to stay away from this filth!" Lucius shouts, glaring at Remus before storming away.

You sigh and place a hand delicately on your throbbing cheek. "Oh dear..." Remus whispers, searching your eyes for any sign of pain or hatred, "this is all my fault, Nikki, I'm sorry!" He places his hand gently against your cheek, running his thumb along the hand mark on your cheek. He looks deeply into your eyes and smiles slightly.

"Thank you for last night," he whispers, "I'm glad you know now, so I can do this..." He leans in and presses his lips to yours passionately yet gently, before pulling away and smiling lightly at you.

"I like you very much, Nikki" he smiles, linking his hand with yours. You smile and reply, "I also like you very much, Remus."
