You were on your way to potions when your younger cousin Hermione ran up to you and started asking questions that a teacher wouldn't know the answer to!

"Samantha, what spell can be used to-?" You roll your eyes as Hermione starts asking another question. "No offence Hermione, but I really don't care! Now if you'll excuse me, Fred is over there and I really need to talk to him" you say, hugging your cousin slightly before running over to your best friend Fred.

"Fred!" You shout shuffling over to him. You'd always had a crush on him, ever since you sat with each other on the train, not forgetting his brother George of course.

"Sam! Where have you been? I've been waiting for ages" Fred laughs and you roll your eyes. "Hermione... Again" you state making Fred laugh harder. "I swear, Fred, that kid will be the death of me!" You say smirking.

"Come on then, don't want to be late for potions" he says taking your hand and lacing your fingers together, making you blush. He starts pulling you down the corridor to the dungeons, looking back at you and smiling every so often.

"Come on Sam, did you see Snivellus' face!" Fred laughs pulling you into the empty common room and sitting down on the sofa, pulling you into his side. You place a hand delicately onto his chest, making him hold you tighter. The fire was blazing and you all of a sudden got ever so sleepy.

"Have you told her yet Freddie?" You hear a voice say, but you keep your eyes closed, wanting to hear the rest of the conversation. "No, George. I got nervous and then she fell asleep and she's too damn cute" Fred tells his twin, kissing the top of your head. You wished you could smile, but that would give you away.

"Come on, it's Sam! I'm sure she'll be all for a relationship with you, I've seen the way she looks at you. And you, her. It's so obvious you like each other!" George whisper-shouts. Wait, Fred likes you! Your mind buzzes with excitement at the information you've just been given.

"Really?" Fred asks.

"Really." You whisper, finally opening your eyes and looking up at Fred, who smiles although his eyes are widened in surprise.

"Well then, my lady, this was easier than I thought it would be. Will you be my girlfriend, Sam?" Fred asks smiling, knowing your answer. You nod enthusiastically, just before Fred kisses you.

"Ew," George says before standing up and walking off. "Keep going like that and I'll throw up" he shouts from the staircase, making you laugh.
