You're outside with your husband Draco, playing Quidditch with your son Scorpius. You are in the position of Keeper (the position you played in whilst at Hogwarts) while Draco shows Scorpius all of the other positions. As Draco starts to sweat, he rolls the sleeves of his green and silver striped jumper, which he hadn't done for a long time. On his arm, was a faded Dark Mark, the one you had helped Draco to accept. You look to Scorpius to find his face scrunched up in confusion. "What's that, Dad?" He asks pointing at Draco's mark.
You watch on as Draco visibly takes a deep breath. "I-it's a long story Scorp. My father, your grandfather, got in with a very bad crowd many years ago. Their leader was Voldemort, surely you've heard of him?" Scorpius nodded, confused.
"W-well, Voldemort requested I joined them. So my father forced me to. I-I didn't want to!" You grasp Draco's hand in yours tightly, reassuring him. "I was forced to get this mark and I was forced to do a lot of bad things. But your mother never left my side and I will be forever grateful. Voldemort was killed by a man named Harry Potter, you'll be in the same year as his son, and I was set free. And here we are!" Draco looks to you. "Happy. We're happy."
