"Y/N! Stop whining, you'll find someone soon, don't worry. You won't be alone forever. Unlike Potter" your best friend Lily Evans laughed at her joke. You rolled your eyes. You had been complaining for the last half an hour about not having a significant other. You often felt lonely when your friends were with their boyfriends or girlfriends and had had enough of being the only single one. You let out a loud groan and stepped up onto the crimson sofa of the Gryffindor common room before yelling, slightly out of tune to the song, "CAN ANYBODY FIND MEEEEEEEE, SOMEBODY TO LOVEEEEEE" which gained the attention of the entire population of the room. A few of your friends laughed at your antics and you sighed before taking a seat, having nobody replying to your desperate plea for help through the lyrics of a Queen song. You had just about given up when you felt a presence leaning on the sofa behind you.

"Hey Y/L/N, nice reference," Sirius Black, the well known hottie of Gryffindor spoke. "I like a girl who knows good music, maybe we can go to Hogsmeade together at some point?" He smirks at you as you nod. He grinned brightly, "brilliant! I'll see you later. Wait for me here, yeah?" You nodded enthusiastically, eager for the Hogsmeade trip to hurry up and your first date to arrive.

*4 months later*

"I'm in loooooove with my carrrrr" Sirius and yourself screamed as you danced around to the Queen song written by Roger Taylor (who is stunningly beautiful, my sweet lord!). You giggle as you fall back onto the crimson sofa behind you. "Queen will never get old, Sirius, I'm telling you."

Sirius nodded enthusiastically. "I'm quite like Roger, you know? Stunningly beautiful, talented. But we differ in one way. You know how?"

"He's prettier?"

"No, cheeky," you giggle as he rolls his eyes, "he's in love with his car... I'm in love with you."

You smile and place a hand on his cheek affectionately. "I love you too Sirius. More than Roger loves his car."

"Do you love me more than you love Roger himself?" He asks cheekily.

"Don't push it, Black" you laugh, placing a delicate kiss on his lips.
