Once everyone found their seats our teacher handed us a packet, and gave us permission to work with the person we were sitting next to.
Nina, the short brunette said she wanted to work by herself, so I was basically quiet the whole class period while the rest of the groups talked.
I turned to Clarissa's table and found two people talking, smiling, and laughing like a couple.
I remember Clarissa saying she didn't like him, but now I knew that was a total lie.
After class, I headed to Geography with Lydia. We sat down in the same seats as yesterday, and we chatted until class officially started.
Mrs. Harris, who I thought was an awesome teacher, just lost that because she put in front of us a pop quiz.
Luckily after starting on a few questions, it didn't seem difficult at all. I turned the paper over, and found the geography terms from yesterday, and the definitions. Matching time!
After drawing the last line on the matching term and definition, I was the third person to finish.
When everyone was done, we were allowed to talk among ourselves for the rest of class.
I told Lydia about the seating arrangement in Chemistry.
"So it turns out, Clarissa now sits with Nathan." I told, smiling.
"Are you serious? Like for the whole year?!" Cried Lydia, sounding very shocked.
"Unfortunately for her no, our seats will change every nine weeks. But she told me she does sit with him in Calculus." I said.
"Oh yeah! I have her in my calculus class, yea he does sit with her, and I think those seats are permanent." spoke Lydia.
"Cool! She might not sit with him in Chemistry forever, but she will in Calculus." I replied.
"Yeah, you should make them come closer, like make Nathan like her." Suggested Lydia.
"I don't know, I've never done that before? Besides Clarissa said she wasn't interested in him, but I kind of feel she does. I don't know though." I stated.
"It would be really great if Nathan and Clarissa were together. I can imagine them in Calculus, working together and playing around, kissing during gym class. So cute." Imagined Lydia.
"Yeah. They would make cute babies." I chuckled, and so did Lydia.
The bell came on, and controlled our chuckles. We said goodbye, and I headed to my Art class.
I sat in the back seats, away from the teachers desk. I never liked to sit next to the teachers desk.
In this class sadly, I had no one to talk too. Everyone had their little groups of three, four two, but I was just alone, forever alone.
During class, the teacher handed us a sheet with many lines and shapes all put together. She instructed us to color it nicely, using different colors in each space or shape.
The rest of class, I colored quietly while others were talking to their friends. The next think I knew, someone sat in front of me and placed their hand on my desk.
I rose my head, to find Nathan's blue eyes shining down on my light brown eyes.
"Hey" he spoke, placing his sheet on the other side of my desk, and coloring.
"Hey" I replied. "I didn't know you were in this class, never saw you?" I cried, laughing a bit.
"Well now you know" he stated, grabbing another color.
