Ally's POV

I ran back to the castle, tears running down my face. I can't stand it anymore, I'm in love with Fred, but I love Cedric too. I wanted to kiss Fred I really did, but I couldn't do that to Ced...

I collapsed on my bed and sobbed.

"Are you alright?" I heard someone ask. I turned around to see Hermione looking concerned.

"Yeah I'm fine." I said wiping my eyes quickly.

"Are you sure, I saw you running from Hogsmeade, and Ron said Fred was looking for you..." She said trailing off at the end.

"Things are just confusing." I said, then I started to sob again.

"It's- it's okay." She said awkwardly, sitting next to me.

"I don't know what to do!" I sobbed.

"What happened?" She asked.

"Hey." Sasha said walking in and sitting on the other side of me.

"What's wrong with her?" Sasha asked Hermione.

"I don't know." Hermione said.

"Listen, thanks for trying to comfort her, but I think it would be best if I talked to her." Sasha said.

"Okay, if you need someone to talk to Ally I'm here." Hermione said, getting up and leaving.

"So what happened?" Sasha asked once Hermione had left.

I explained all that happened, all the fun we had, leaving out the almost kiss.

"So what's wrong, sounds like you had a great time. Why are you so upset?" She asked confused.

"We almost kissed, it was really close, like our lips touched. After that happened I ran away. I wanted to kiss him so bad, but I couldn't, I couldn't do that to Cedric." I said wiping my eyes.

"I see what you mean, I'm sorry Al, are you gonna be okay?" She asked.

"Yeah, I just don't think I can face Fred." I said.

"It'll be okay." She said patting my arm.

"I know, do you think I could be alone for a while?" I said, I really wanted to be alone.

"Yeah sure, bye." She said leaving me to be alone with just my thoughts to keep me company.

Fred's POV

I ran up to the Gryffindor common room after searching Hogsmeade, I had to find Ally.

When I walked into the common room, I saw Sasha walking down the steps from her dorm.

"Is Ally up there?" I asked.

"Yes." She said biting her lip. I started to walk to the steps, but she stopped me.

"What are you doing, I need to talk to her." I said trying to push past Sasha, but she wouldn't budge.

"You'll only make things worse, she really needs time by herself." She said, leading me away from the steps.

"Why is she so upset?" I asked as we sat on a couch.

"She's just confused, and she doesn't want to hurt Cedric, she would never do anything that would hurt him, or their relationship, she's just tool loyal." She said shaking her head slightly.

"What do you mean she's confused?" I asked frowning.

"She's dating a guy she really likes, and then there's you. You're like her best friend, and the more time you spend together, the less she sees you as just a friend. Do you see what I'm saying?" She asked.
