Chapter 14 back to the old me
Over the three weeks I’ve been in hospital, I’ve started to remember things and gain strength, the doctor is letting me out today because he is pleased with my progress, I am to, I remember everything to the last second of when I got ran over, I definitely know it wasn’t a hit and run, I’m glad it wasn’t because I so didn’t want to go into court!
“Are you feeling like the old Fran I know and love?” Megan says, she is taking me out also with Eddie to do some shopping
“Yeah, I remember everything” I say glancing at Eddie and quickly looking at Megan, I feel super bad not telling Megan about the kiss but it’s probably best for her
“I’m going to buy you a really nice expensive dress for the party were going to, it’s your special day babes!” Megan screeches, I nodded, party all ready
“Remind me why I’m here again?” Eddie says from behind us
“So you can tell me I look like a sex bomb in the dress I’m wearing” Megan replies
“Don’t I always say it” Eddie says back and pinches Megan’s ass
“Oh god get a room please!” I say and walk off, I see Megan slap Eddie on his hand and run towards me
“Sorry Fran!” Megan says, I nod my head! I don’t want to know what they do when they’re alone! I shake away the thought. We catch the bus to my house and I run upstairs to my bedroom, Megan and Eddie follow
“I think it’s best if you stay out her babes, see you in a bit!” Megan says to Eddie and shuts the door firmly behind us! “You get washed up and I’ll pick out some clothes”
“Okay then” Knowing Megan will probably pick out my shortest skirt and my tank top like it is summer! For the first time I looked into the mirror, there was a gash on my forehead which could be covered by a fringe so I didn’t have to worry about that, there was a lot of bruises on my arms, legs and upper body also I had bruised ribs. I’m lucky I didn’t break my ribs otherwise it would of been much painful overall I’m back to my old self!
I came out the shower feeling more refresh, as I knew there would be, there lying on the bed was a tank top and a short skirt, I swapped it for skinny fit jeans and a yellow jumper after that I put on my trainers and left my room!
“What happened to the clothes I put on the bed” Megan says immediately
“It’s not flipping summer Meg!”
“Fine”
“If it makes you feel better, I think you look hot” Eddie says
“Thank you Eddie” I say back “At least someone agrees” I say under my breath
“Fine, it looks nice. Let’s go now!”
