Chapter 16 Back to school
“Your skirt is in the dryer Francesca!” my mom shouts from her and dad’s room
“Okay thanks mom” I go to the laundry room and fish out my skirt through everyone else clothes
“Hey Franny!” I turn around and see Stephanie standing there, when did she come back?
“STEPH!” I screech and give her a hug “Are you okay?”
“Yeah, I’m good! Louise and I had a talk” she says
“What was her reason?”
“Stress, hormones but mostly just stupidity!”
“Hormones?”
“She’s prego AGAIN!” Stephanie screams “It’s Peter’s”
“Does she know it for a fact?”
“Your words not mine” we laughed
“I have to go get ready but will you be here when I come back”
“No, I’m going in the afternoon”
“Where you going?”
“India, with Elijah”
“Wow! I wish I was a journalist”
“I bet you do” she laughed and hugged me goodbye for now. I went back upstairs to get ready for another same school day!
I put my school shoes on and my jacket and checked my phone for any texts. Nope, not even from my amazing boyfriend Sean, I guess I’ll just have to see when I go to school!

I go into form and see Megan is sitting in her normal seat.
“Hey” she says while I approach my seat
“Hi” I say uncomfortable
“I’m sorry Fran, you had short term amnesia it wasn’t your fault and to prove I’m sorry here” she pulled from under the desk a bag from Next, I grinned
“Is it my dress?”
“Yep, I brought it back”
“Oh my gosh, Meg” and I hugged her “I love you, you know!”
“I love you too babes!” I took the bag of her and put it into my school bag
“YO EVERYONE!” everyone turns around and Eddie is there with a cigarette lit in his hand
