Lynx then realized that not only was she alone, but she had no way to get home. Lynx crumpled to the floor defeated. How the hell would she get home? Why couldn't she stop herself from the pained feeling in her chest telling her that she needed Lauren?
She moved around the school trying to find Lauren. Lauren had promised she would never leave Lynx, so why would she do this now?
Lynx tried to find her by asking people if they had seen Lauren, but obviously all they cared about was the drama between Lauren and Jamie. She needed to find another way to search for her.
Lynx scanned the floor, and she caught a glimpse of Lauren. Lauren was talking to Jamie. She hurried over to them, hoping that she wasn't interrupting them. She stopped when she was almost right behind Lauren, and she could hear them fighting.
"Am I expected to just stop my life because you think we should be together?" Lauren yelled. In just as snappy a tone Jamie yelled back at her.
"You just want to break up with me because of that Lynx girl. You don't even like her, why the hell do you want to get with her?"
"I like her more than you." Lauren sassed. "I might not be in love with her, but that doesn't mean we can't try."
"You're just trying to feel better about yourself for leaving her in Tokyo. Don't make it sound like you care about her, this is all about you." Jamie was now causing some people to look at them with her loud yelling. "You don't care about her. You just want the attention. You know that she would give it to you. She can't see anything bad in you, you're taking advantage of that and using it to build your stupid ego. I'm the only person that will be honest with you. That's why you don't like me it cause I'm honest, I don't lie to you and spend all my time telling you your right and that nobody is better than you. That's exactly what she does and you know it. You're using her and making her think that you are actually a good person. News flash Lauren, you're a fucking horrible person and everyone knows that except her."
Lauren had her fists balled up at her sides. She raised it and smashed it into Jamie's nose.
"Don't talk about Lynx like she's a trained dog you stupid little fuck. She's her own person. She knows that she can criticize me and she does. You should have heard her when I phoned after leaving her. She was rabid. So don't talk about her like that."
Lauren fumed at her.Lynx had backed up to a wall. She had never seen Lauren that angry. Lauren whipped around and grabbed Lynx by the arm. She stormed out holding Lynx by the arm. She basically threw herself in her car, so Lynx got in too.
Lauren shoved the keys in the ignition and took off.
Lauren just kept going faster and faster on the road. Lynx reached over and grabbed Lauren's hand. Lauren jerked away and pulled over spastically. When they reached a stop Lauren hunched over the wheel and gripped it tightly.
Suddenly Lauren snapped up and started going off.
"Who the hell does she think she is. No one can talk about you like that. What is wrong with her. I hate her. I'm officially done with her. I hope she knows that I'm not going to let her trash talk you like that it's complete bullshlit."
"It's okay Lauren calm down." Lynx attempted to calm her.
Lauren looked over at her.
"It's not fine. I can tell that you feel hurt Lynx."
Lynx was about to try to calm Lauren down again when suddenly Lauren leaned forward and smashed their lips together
