Master vs. Student

Nightwing's POV
Its been a week since I've seen the Titans. I ran into Cyborg while robbing Lex Corporations, but he didnt do anything. Very weird. I hope they're okay. I would imagine Star is healing up right now at the tower. I'm sorry I had to shoot her, but I had to make it look convincing. I knew once I shot you that you would faint, making Slade believe you were actually dead. I will never kill again, especially the person I lo- never mind!

This past week all I've been doing is stealing money from different places, and I'm sick of it! I am sick of being Slade's little dog he can manipulate at will. Which is why, I have a plan. I traveled back to Slade's lair to see him facing the screen, going over all the fights I've been in since I took this job. So, I threw a knife at his head. Which landed on the wall near him, and shouted "I'm done Slade!" and he turned and laughed "Rethink that sentence, because things like that could leave four Titans dead in their lair." Slade insisted, with the remote in his hand "You know, the Slade I knew didn't have to threaten me like this, he would come and make me do it. What's wrong, have you gone soft Slade? Or have you just became the biggest pussy in San Francisco?" I asked, trying to make him lose it "Fine, I'll give what you want, but remember that you asked for this." he said, and rushed at me. Bout time! Now that my skills are very improved, I can take him down, get the remote, and free myself of this miserable hell hole!

I got in my fighting stance as he ran at me, and we got to me I grabbed him by the arm and flipped over my shoulders onto the ground. He got up kicked and tried spin kicking me, but I ducked and super kicked him. He stumbled back, and I ran at him, jumped up and came down with a kick straight to his face, taking his mask right off. After recovering, he looked at me with furious intentions, and took his swords out. I took my knives out and we began the fight. He swung viciously, but I blocked them with my knives. He tries stabbing me, but I jumped on the sword and kicked him right in the face while flipping off of his sword and throwing one of my knives at him. He hit him the chest, but he pulled it out like it was nothing "What's wrong Slade? Lose your edge old man!?" I mocked, feeling like my old, badass self again. We took out his two pistols ams began shooting at me. I ran towards him, dodgimg all the shots. I took out my pistol and shot him in the leg, and pistol whipped him. "Give up Slade! You lost! I out matched you now!" I exclaimed, but he kept trying to get up for more "No! It will not end like this! If I can't beat you, I'll beat your stupid friends!" he shouted and got the remote out, no! As I ran at him, an explosion happened at the door. Once the smoke cleared I saw four people standing there, it is the Titans.
