First Mission

Nightwing's POV
"What's the mission?" I asked him "Apparently, another former teammate of mine name Xavier Ruiz is coming to San Francisco for some type of business at Wayne Enterprises." Slade explained, and I didn't like where this is going "I want you to break in, and kill him. And if you don't I will kill your friends." Slade ordered, and things just got way worse for me. Not only am I breaking into one of Bruce's building, but I'm going there to do something I was taught never to do. Someone...please help me.

Starfire's POV
It had been a day and a few hours. Its hard to just sit here and hope he comes back soon. I should be out there looking for him! Suddenly, the alarm went off, and I rushed to Cyborg to see if its Deathstroke. "It's at Wayne Enterprises. Downtown." Cyborg stated, and I was the first one out the door. Nightwing, I will find you. Even if I have to beat the location of you out of Deathstroke!

We made it to this building, the door was already open. Deathstroke must be on the hunt for someone else in this building. We all ran in and saw a person holding a security guard by his bullet proof vest saying "Where is Xavier Ruiz?! I'm not going to ask you again!" and the voice sounded like....no! "Nightwing?!" I exclaimed, and he looked over to us in shock. "Nightwing, what the hell do you think you're doing man?!" Cyborg asked in anger, he didn't answer "Nightwing, either you give us an explanation or we have to take you down." Raven exclaimed, and he let the guard down and looked at us "Please, don't do this Dick." I pleaded, but he began running at us. Dammit Dick! Beast Boy transformed into a jaguar and ran at Dick, but he dodged, grabbed his tail, and threw him into us. He then began to run to the elevator, and started going up. No! I'm not letting you get away from us!

Nightwing's POV
Things went from bad to worse. I can't bare to fight them, so I had to run and get this guy. I got to the 30th floor, and saw Xavier stop in front of me, gotcha! He turned around and began running, but I took my gun at shot him in the leg. He fell and turned to face me as I had to the gun pointed at his head "Please! I'll give you what I want! Just don't kill me I have a family! Please!!" he pleaded, and my hand started to shake "Do it Apprentice!" Slade ordered into my ear with my ear piece communicator. Sweat coming, hand shaking, and a choppy voice I said "I'm sorry..." and shot him in the head. Jesus, I am so sorry...
