The Anniversary

Beast Boy's POV
Guess what today is? Its the one year of the first day the Teen Titans was created! I remember like it was yesterday, well, seeing that there was another invasion last week it's kinda hard not to remember. Anyway, instead going out tonight like I wanted too, we staying in and hanging out with each other. Its still cool, but I wanted to hit the town and catch some fine ladies! I guess I'll save that for another tonight.

Nightwing's POV
We all gathered in the living room and just hung out with each other. We played Grand Theft Auto 5 for a while, it was hilarious seeing Star's reaction to all the swearing in this game. We then went outside and played some basketball, until Beast Boy broke the court from dunking as an ape. Still, so fun. We then went back inside and just relaxed, drank, and talked.

"You know what's weird?" I asked, being a little tipsy "It's weird how we were all in San Francisco at the exact right time even though all of us didn't even live here." I said, and they all looked just as puzzle as I did. "I just came here so I can get away from the people who knew me. I don't know why, I just felt the urge to come here." Cyborg explained "I tried to be an actor, but once I saw what went down in San Francisco, something told me to go there and be a hero again." Beast Boy also explained "I wanted to get out of that mansion so fast, I just hopped on my motorcycle and just road off. Something told me to go to San Francisco, so I just went." I explained as well. Its odd how we all had the same urge to come here, and I'm starting to think this wasn't a coincidence.

I then looked at Raven, she seemed more quiet than usual. Like she's hiding something. "Raven, you're a bit quiet, even for you." I said, and she seemed a bit puzzled that I called her out "I'm fine, sorry if I don't have any stories for how I got here." she said, quickly dismissing me but I'm not giving up that easy "You know Raven, I was trained by the greatest detective in the world. And even when I'm drunk, I can tell when people are hiding something." I said, and she looked up at me and sighed. "Alright, I'll share my story. The truth of why you all are here."

Raven's POV
"I have had my eyes on all of you for a while now, even you Starfire. For you see, there is more to my powers then you already know. My powers goes further than controlling physically objects and people, I can also manipulate people's minds. I was able to manipulate you all to come to San Francisco, even Starfire in her captivity. Thus, forming this team." I explained in its entirety. They all looked puzzled at what they just heard, and I don't believe. I may not be of this world, but I know what invasion of privacy means, and I have taken that sin too far. "Why?" "Huh?" I asked, not really hearing what Dick asked "Why form this team? What was it for?" he asked, and I can tell from the look on everyone face that they wanted to know "I knew that those space pirates would come after Starfire once she landed, so I had to assemble the team before it landed." I told them, and they cheered. Calling me the Hero of the Titans, the Founder, the one who saved San Francisco. Little do they know, I'm none of that.

Honestly, when I first wanted to bring this team together, I didn't even know of the first invasion until a day before. My real reason for forming this team, was because they were my only hope to stop him. The Justice League wouldn't trust nor help anyone who was related to him, even if she doesn't share his interest. I had to form a group of heroes who were outcasts like I once was, and it happened. I have not felt his power in a long period of time, but as the day comes closer I feel as if he will start to show his face. I just hope we can handle this, because if we can't, everyone is doomed.
