A/N: Hi, I'm back. A lot happened the past few months. I accidentally fell in love with a boy who broke my heart because he was leaving for school in another city. But that's another story for another time. I also got a kitten and his name is Lukey. Anyways enjoy.

MICHAEL

I don't know how Della remembered my drunk idea to go camping but here we were, with Londie and the boys setting up tents.

"You had like eight shots and a couple beers, how to did you remember me telling you to go camping?" I asked as I fanned myself cause of the heat on the sun soaked beach.

Della chuckled as she and Londie set up their tent.

"Probably cause you shouted it in my ear." She said and stuck her tongue out. I pouted. "I was drunk." My attempted defense was rewarded with eyerolls from both girls but I saw the way Della's eyes widened when she realized what she did.

I smirked and gave Della a wink before returning to helping Calum with our tent.

"I saw that Michael Clifford. Behave." Calum warned and I blushed.

A loud zipping sound caught my attention. "Shut up Cal, let the kids have their fun!" Ashton shouted and giggled before he disappeared back inside his and Luke's tent. I chuckled but stopped when I recieved a look from Calum.

I raised my hands in defense.

"Chill Cal, I'm not gonna be inappropriate with your sister." I said but I had my fingers crossed in my head. Calum gave my the eye and I pretended to be innocent.

Hours later when the sun was starting to set, I grabbed Della's hand while Ashton and Londie were making a fire and pulled her away from our little campsite.

"Where are we going?" She questioned as she followed me. I looked back and smiled at her.

The colours of the sunset had smeared around her and she was breathtaking, as always. Her brown hair against the green of the trees. He skin glowing in the leftover daylight. I was in love with an angel.

"To watch the sunset. Although I think I'd rather watch you." This earned a shy smile from Della.

"Michael." Her voice rang in my ears. Every word she said sounded like magic. And my name on her tongue was like a song. "Yeah babe?" We stopped walking when we reached the shore. The water barely kissing our feet.

"I love you. And I wanna thank you for everything you've helped me with. For always being there when I needed someone. You helped me to be strong and to be the girl I wanna be. And I love you for that."

And suddenly there was a rush and I was grabbing Della's face and kissing her perfect lips like the waves we're gonna take us any second.

When we pulled back, Della was teary-eyed and she laughed. "I swear, you make me feel like I'm in a movie sometimes."

"I love you too babe. And I know we only met a few months ago but I feel like this is it. This is where we're supposed to be right now. Together. I know we're young and I can't predict how we'll feel in the future or where we'll be after high school but I wanna marry you. And I want to love you everyday for the rest of my life. So this is for you, however cheesy it may be."

I wasn't about to get down on one knee but I was pulling a tiny box out of my pocket and placing it in the hands of the girl of my dreams. Della gasped and I suddenly got nervous.

"Honestly, Della...I can't see myself with anyone else but you. And if you choose to wear this, and I hope you do, I promise I'll never love anyone else but you, forever."

I watched in anticipation as Della opened the box and pulled out a string of tiny black rocks glittering under the remaining rays of sun. A necklace that was given to me by my mom.

"Mikey, I....don't know what to say. So I'm just gonna do this." Della then proceeded to wrap the necklace around her neck and fasten the clasp. Relief filled my entire body, as did joy.

"Oh thank god. I love you Della." I picked her up and spun her around, earning a giggle from her. As her feet touched the sand once again, we kissed.

"I love you too Mikey. Thank you."
