Chapter 18

Selena pov
"I'm here!!!" Vanessa yelled from the living room.. I got down and ran to her and gave her a big hug. "Ok woah what's up!" She said .. "JUSTIN ASKED ME TO THE GRAMMYS I NEED A FUCKING DRESS" I said while squealing.. "Omg!!! Fuck yes! Lego" vanessa said grabbing my arm pulling me out of the house leaving the door open. "Vanessa!!" I yelled.. She looked at me "what?" She said.. "I gotta lock the damn door girl" with a chuckle.. She laughed and let go of me, I locked the door and went in the passenger seat of Vanessa's car. I turn the radio on and Justin's song 'what do u mean' came on.. I blushed a little "I know u wanna sing .. Go ahead and kill me mamacita" Vanessa said.. I laughed and sang along. "SHIT you're actually good! Bitch we were friends for years and you've never sang to me? I hate you" Vanessa said .. I smirked "sorry..but now we can jam together" I said and gave her a wink. She flicked me off and snap her fingers sassily. Gosh I just love her.

We reached the mall and quickly got out. I was wearing a leggings with a light blue white sweater and brown high boots, while Vanessa's wearing blue-White jeans with a singlet and a long black cardigan. We both held hands and walked in like we're lesbians but who cares!.Vanessa brought me to h&m to find some dresses but nothing really caught my eye, so we left.. We both got Starbucks cause we were thirsty, and quite tired from all the walking... I was about to give up till me and vanessa found the same exact dress which caught ours eyes and caused us to squeal!

Justin pov
"Baby u look tired.. Go upstairs and get some rest I'll wake u up at 4:30 so you can leave to get dressed at home" my mom said.. I smiled and gave her a kiss on the cheek and went up stairs to the guest room. I closed the door and switched on the aircond.. I layed on the bed and smiled at the thought of me thinking what dress will Selena be wearing tonight. I'm really excited.. With all that thinking i feel asleep, and it was a deep one!

Selena pov
"SELENA!!! Get that!!!!" Vanessa yelled.. "I know I know!! But what if it doesn't match Justin's?" I asked.. "Hunny who cares!? You'll look so gorgeous and the theme colour for the Grammys are red this year!!" Vanessa said getting excited.. I smiled "and besides.. I'm wearing red as well" Vanessa said with a smirk.. I laughed "okok lets go and try it" I said.. We got the dress and my size and went in the changing room "well are you going to come in?" I asked vanessa "singing..now stripping? So on!" She said.. I laughed pulling her in. I was struggling to put the damn dress on "omg Selena!!" Vanessa said getting annoyed.. "I'm sorry" I yelled and sighed in relief with my dress already on my body. "OMG U LOOK GORGEOUS!" Vanessa screamed .. We both kept on jumping in an excitement "get it get it get it" Vanessa said repeatedly. "Yes!" I said.. I got out of the dress and wore my outfit back. We got out and went to the cashier to buy the dress "big day today huh" the lady that works as the cashier said.. I smiled "yup!" I said.. "Well that will be 200 bucks" she said .. I gave her my credit card.. "But since I like u I'll make it 100" she said.. I smiled widely "thank u".. "Welcome! And oh! Enjoy!" She said. "Well today is you're lucky day my best friend" Vanessa said .. I laughed "it's gonna get luckier cause I'm gonna buy us ice cream" Vanessa said.. I quickly looked at her and hugged her "reminds me how special I am to how a best friend like u" I said "duh" she replied diva'ish way.

Few hours later
I checked the time and it was 4.. My eyes widened "Vanessa!! It's 4".. She stopped talking, "what!? Let's go!" She said quickly getting up from the ice cream shop leaving me behind with the bags. I put the stuff in the bak seat and got in the passenger seat. "I'm ready!!" I yelled thinking its a club.. "Ok Selena.. Chillax" Vanessa said with a slight giggle.. She reversed from the parking spot and drove of..getting to Justin's house fast as possible.

Justin's pov
"Justin wake up!! It's 4:39!!!" I heard someone say while shaking me.. "You're gonna be late!! Selena is probably at home already" she said again.. Once I heard Selena's name I quickly got up. "Mom! Thanks!! I'm gonna go! Love u!" I said and kissed her cheek. I opened the front door and closed it after that, I got in my car and drove of.. Going to my house fast as possible.

5mins later
I got out of the car and saw Selena car there so I think she's home. I ran to the front door and opened it.. I closed the door and yelled Selena's name.. "Idiot she's bathing.. And I think u should too since it's almost 5!" Vanessa said coming downstairs with her redish short tight dress but behind has this like flowy long part.. Idk I'm a dude I can't describe this shit. "U look nice" I said .. "Thanks" she said while smiling.. "Ok imma bath.. My hair dresser and tailor is coming in a short while.. You're staying right?" I asked .. She nods "Austin is reaching here soon.. We'll leave the same time as yall" Vanessa said..I nodded and went upstairs.. I passed by the guest room and I heard water droplets coming from the bathroom.. So I'm sure she's in the guest room.. So I'm safe to go up my room. I got in the shower and made sure I rinsed off all the dirt on me.

Selena pov.
"Great his not home yet!" Me and Vanessa said the same time.. "Go!" She said running out of patience.. I got in the house and ran into the guest room, I left my dress on the bed and my black heels on the floor.. I took of my shirt and pants and underwear and bra, and got in the shower.
4 mins later..
I got out of the shower and started blow drying my hair till its dry.. I curled it and left the bathroom, I got in my red dress.. Safely this time. I looked at my outfit and smiled.. "Make up time!" I said to myself.. Grabbing my make-up bag.. I took my eyeliner and went for the line but I didn't do a wink.. Not today I thought. I grabbed my red lipstick and applied it on my lips.. I thought it was too dry so I took my red lip gloss and applied it a little bit, didn't wanna look like a vampire today. I gave myself a last look and smiled.. I heard a knock on the door "who is it?" I said.. "You're stripper" obviously it was vanessa.. I smiled and opened the door she gasped closing the door shut and locking it.. "Gorgeous!!" She said.. "You too babe!" I said.. "Btw Justin's hair dresser and all is here already so yeah.. He won't disturb u" she said with a chuckle.. I laughed a little.. She looked at me, thinking really hard "what!" I said.. "Come here" she brought me to the bathroom.. She tied my hair in a side bun and basically did a miracle.. "Better" she said .. "Thanks vanny-bear" i said giving her a hug.. "We need a picture" she said. We posed and she snapped the picture "I'll post this after the award show" .."yay".. I said.

Few minutes later..
*knock knock*
We heard someone knocking the door.. "This is it" Vanessa said.. I took a deep breath "Lego" I said.. We opened the door and it was Austin "girls ready to go? We're all waiting downstairs" he said. "Aha" Vanessa said with a nod.. I grabbed Vanessa's hand and walked down the stairs I stopped when I heard justin laugh.. I smiled, he's laugh.. Brightens my mood everytime. "I know she's gonna look amazing" I heard justin said and that made me even confident to come down. "Ready?" Vanessa whispered.. I nodded and walked down. I reached the leaving room floor and saw Justin's outfit.. He was taking to scooter and I instantly melted.. He was wearing a black suite with a small red scarf he put in his little suite pocket and it totally matched my dress!. Scooter turned to look at me and he smiled right away and gave me a wink which made justin to look at me.. I got so nervous, justin looked at me and his eyes was staying focus on mine and my outfit.. He smiled and walked closer to me.. "You are the most gorgeous princess I've ever seen" he said.. I blushed "you look so handsome justin" I said.. He smiled and kissed my cheek which made me blush even more. "Ok u two.. It's already 6 let's go" scooter said getting impatient. I smiled and walked out of the house with justin.

"Well we'll see yall there later" Vanessa said. "Okay" I smiled and hugged her.. "Thank u for today" I said "oh babe we needed that.. It brought us closer" she said. I Smiled and gave her one last hug .. We both said our byes. I walked to justin, he was standing at the car waiting for me.. "We have to use my drivers car today" he said.. "No worries"I said.. He opened the door for me and let me in first, then he got in.. He closed the door "yo Bruce lego" he said .. Bruce gave thumbs up and started driving.. Justin asked Bruce to turn on the radio so it wouldn't be so quiet. "Nervous?" He asked.. "A little bit" I said with a small smile.. "Don't worry I'm here.. And I can show off my date to them all" he said. I blushed and smiled.. I look down to my lap. Did he just say date?.. I smiled again
