Selena pov.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U...HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JUSTIN..they all sang while me and Pattie carries the huge cake to justin. He looked like he was gonna cry or something, he was so happy. "Make a wish!" I yelled.. "No cut the cake first!" Fredo yelled .. We all started laughing.. "I don't need anything to wish..I got it all here" justin said which made me smile. He blew the candle and cut the the cake .."finally..it's been a year" fredo said.. "Shut up fredo..or no cake for u" Pattie said while showing her tongue.

I brought the cake in the kitchen and decided to cut it in pieces and serve it.. "Let momma Pattie help" she said.. After hearing that I melted.. I wanted to cry for some reasons.. She looked at me and gave me a frown "what's wrong?.. Was it the 'momma'" she said.. I shook my head and dropped the knife on the table and sat on the stool. "What's wrong Selena?" She asked.. "I've never told u this but.. My mom got into an accident when I was 18.. I Ummm sigh*,. On my birthday" I said. She gasped and quickly gave me a hug while I cried on her shoulder . "I'm sorry Pattie.. I didn't mean it this way" I said... "No Selena I'm sorry.. I'm so sorry for you're loss" she said. I look up to be face to face with her.. "It's ok Pattie.. You're like a mom to me" I smiled, she smiled back and hugged me again. "Wow" what's this, justin said. Pattie looked at me a sign to tell him or not.. I shook my head as in I'll let him know when we're alone. She nodded her head and left the kitchen. "Anything alright?" He asked with worried eyes.. I smiled "I'm fine don't worry" I said.. "I want the cake" he said bring anxious.. I laughed and shook my head.. "Now I know why you're best friend is fredo".. He laughed "yeah kinda agree" he said. I gave him a plate.. And three slices of cake "enjoy 3 year old boy" I said .. He smiled cheekily "thank you 1 year old" he said and left the kitchen. I shook my head at how he called me a 1 year old when I actually cut the cake while he sat there waiting like a lost puppy.

Justin pov.
Everyone left except my mom and dad. Vanessa said she would send my mom home but she said it's alright because my dad will.. I wonder what games their trying to play right now. "Selena!" I yelled.. She came out from the kitchen and looked at me with worried eyes "why u yellin" she said .. "My mom and dad are leaving" he said.. "No Pattie don't leave me" She said... "Momma has to" she said with a smirk. Selena laughed and hugged her "thank u for everything" Selena said.. "You too sweetheart" mom said. "U both are already attached to each other? Yall gonna see each other again.. She ain't going back to Canada or something" Jeremy said with a smirk. "Canada?" I questioned.. "Ohhhh let's leave jeremy" Pattie said. Selena gave her the 'what do I do' look and she shrugged. They both left leaving me and Selena alone. "Well.. Imma change" Selena said trying to walk away the situation. "Selena.." I said following her. She ignored my call and kept on walking so I did what I had to do. I carried her "justin!" She yelled.. "Not again pls" .. "Tell me now or I'm going to start tickling u" I said .. She groaned "fine!" "In the damn room" she said as she storm away leaving me laughing to tears.

"So?" I said.. "I was from Canada... I moved .. When umm" she said as a tear fell from her eyes .. I got shock so I stood up and went to her, "what's wrong?" I asked.. "I moved when my mom passed away when I was 18..my 18th birthday" she said. I got so shock now I feel bad for forcing her to tell me. "I'm sorry" I said giving her a tight hug. She sniffled and said "can we do something.. Like let's not talk about this" she said, I nodded "got change into something comfy then we'll figure it out" I said.. She stood up and went into the bathroom to change. I went in my closet and closed it, I took a pair of sweat pants and a dark blue v-neck shirt. I changed and got out of the closet, I saw The bathroom door opene but Selena wasn't inside so I guess she's downstairs. I opened the room door and closed it, I turned around and suddenly she just jumped on me. "FUCK u scared me!" I said, she laughed with a slight giggle.. She looked into my eyes..literally just staring at it.. "What?" I said.. "I like your eyes" she said.. "I like you" I said which I immediately regretted.. It was too fast. "What?" Selena said.. She got down from me and was just staring at me.. "Nothing" I said with a chuckle ..I walked down stair as she was following me "justin" she whined.. "Yeah?" I said .. "What did you say just now" she said.. "Selena I have something to tell u" I said.. She looked at me with a smile.. "Aha?" She said.. "Will you.." I stopped.. She looked at me and frowned "what justin?" She said.. "Will you go to the Grammys with me?" I asked .. She smiled and nodded her head.. "Yes..yes..yes.." She said repeatedly. I looked down on the floor while smiling and blushing.. "Are u blushin!?" Selena asked almost wanting to laugh.."Selena I swear if u laugh".. She started laughing so loud that she forgot the kids were asleep.. "Shit sorry" she said.. "U better be" I said with a smirk. She whacked me "ouch ..why the hell are u and my mom keep hitting me" I said.. "Because u deserve it" she said.. "No I don't" I said.. "LETS HAVE POP TARTS!!" She said.. "Hot fudge?" I smiled.. "Yes!" She said.. "Let's watch land of the lost as well" I said.. She smiled and kissed my cheek.. "Thank u" she said leaving me speechless.
