Christina's POV:

I bit my lip and asked the question burning my tongue. "Can we tell Violet what we really are?"

"No." Shane quickly responded.

"She's my best friend, Ive known her for three years, I have told her everything except this one most important huge detail about me!"

"Please remind me how your last friend reacted when you told her we were demons from hell here roaming the earth living a human life?"

"We had to leave because everyone wanted to torture us to death." I groaned." But that was like 200years ago!"

"And you expect it can't happen again?"

"I trust Violet with everything I am, I believe she wouldn't share this secret with anyone."

"Fine but you're telling her, and if we have to move again don't whine to me because it was entirely your fault."

"Thank you." I said with a smile, feeling triumphant over winning this little argument with Shane. "And where did you go anyway?"

"To the mall." Shane stated nonchalantly.

"I thought Violet was on her date there?"

"It was not a date! And what I did is none of your business."

"Tell me what you did!"

Shane rolled his eyes. "I spoke with her."

"I do not want to tackle you for the rest of the information!"

"Why did we ever decide to live together?" Shane joked.

I scowled.

"Ok I gave her a ring....." He trailed off.

"What ring, please don't tell me the blue mind control one!? Shane did you forget we have witch ancestors?"

"No, I gave her the red one...." Shane argued.

"Shane!!! That's creepy stalker! That ring lets you know where she is! Do you even have the witch map that shows you where she is?"

"Now that you mentioned it I will try and find it...."

"I thought you gave it to your ex?"

"The vampire girl that is now a queen! I will not go there!!"

"How about Jake and I come for moral support?" I smiled already enjoying the idea of spending time with Jake.

"I don't think I need to know where she is now, right?" He sighed. "I'll make sure to text her if I can have it back, I'm sure that things cursed."

"Shane, your so stupid why didn't you think it through first?"

"Because I enjoyed the idea of having to put that ring on her finger." Shane muttered as he walked to the front door.

I gasped. "You want to marry her? I thought you guys broke up! This is so confusing..."

"I love her!!" Shane yelled and slammed the door behind him.

"Woah." I said completely stunned.

Shane's POV:

My chest burned with a new sensation at my new found vocabulary towards a girl.

I love her. I smiled and rolled my eyes.

I will fight for her against all these guys that have began to take an interest in her. I couldn't even identify the emotion I felt when I saw Violet enjoying herself with the guy she was with, until now I didn't realize the emotion I felt, the green monster inside of me had a name, its name was jealousy.

I could have any girl I want but here I am thinking about this girl that doesn't want me. I shook my head, I know she has emotions for me, just not sure of which ones....

I pulled out my phone and sent her a message: Hey can we meet up? I have some things I want to say....

A half our later she still didn't respond so I sent her two more messages: Hey where are you, are you ok? and Girl, answer your phone!

I began to walk down the street when a car pulled up in front of me. I tightened my fist prepared for an attack.

I heard the door pop open and someone come out. I met eyes with the guy that was with Violet at the mall.

"Hi I'm Aidan and I'm a friend of Violet's we have spoken before and she told me she's usually here. We were at the mall and she suddenly disappeared when she said she had to leave to go to the bathroom. She's not replying any of my texts or calls and I already checked to see if she was home and she wasn't there! I also know you have a relationship with her so I'm asking if you know anything that might have happened to her." Aidan quickly rushed through this information.

"She hasn't been replying to me either. But I know how to find her!" I informed Aidan. "Christina!" I yelled. She quickly came to the driveway.

"What's wrong?" She questioned. "And hi."

"Violet has apparently gone missing! We have to find her soon and we have to go to my ex girlfriends house."

"Why your ex girlfriends house?" Aidan asked.

"You're a vampire, right?" Christina asked Aidan.

"Um no..." Aidan poorly lied.

"Ok, well were demons, and I bet you know who the vampire queen is?"

Aidan's eyes widened. "Yes we used to be close."

"Good. Because we will have to go there if we want to find Violet."

Christina informed him on why we needed to go the the vampire queens palace. We quickly packed some things and headed out knowing we had a long trip ahead of us.

Hey!!! I know this was a super short part. But I cant upload the next part cuz I accidentally didnt save the second part. It was all typed up!!! it makes me soo freaking mad!!! But I will get it up tomorrow!!! And make sure I save and publish this one!!

and I am so extremely happy you guys want to read and are still reading this story I love how my amount of votes and fans have increased even if I havent uploaded in a month!!!

I will begin to try and upload every week or every two weeks. Cuz i really want to get this story moving along faster, and I wanna see how in the world this is gonna end!! lol
