Atsu gazed at the opponent before her, the decomposing demon heaving, growling, and gurgling all in one harsh breathe. It's body was short and mangled, flesh peeled from its body, bone peeking from beneath the green and dark red meat underneath its skin. Boils covered the still remaining skin, and about thirty strands of hair were the only thing attached to its lumpy head.

She let out a breathe, and her foot skid against the ground, before positioning behind her in a strong stance, her hands raised to defend or attack.

The demon's ripping lips pulled back in a sadistic grin, it's pitch black eyes gleaming with a sense of hunger, excited for its first meal after so many months.

With a wind breaking whistle, the demon's deathly-sharp tail sprang towards her, and she narrowed dodged it. Her expression remained passive as it's tail sprang at her at lightning speeds, just barely skimming across her thigh and her skin broke, blood seeping from the wound and trickling down her leg. She was grateful it hasn't managed to cut the inside of her thigh, otherwise she'd be in big trouble.

A song (similar to the song above ^^ Hide and Seek, Vocaloid) came to mind, her eyes brightened as she sprang up, sprinting across the surface of its long tail, and colliding with a large galumph.

She moved silently, her feet dashing and shifting with the inner rhythm, pulling out a kunai and twisting on the tips of her toes, narrowly evading another attack by the grotesque demon. It's body surged forward, and in her twirling motion, she plunged the kunai into its side, making it cry out in a disgusting scream.

It swung it's claws into her back, and she let out a strangled cry, her eyes closing as she was thrown forward. Atsu's back collided with the ground and she let out an 'oomph', before turning to land on her feet, skidding back a couple feet. She winced, feeling a hot pain start to envelop her back. I let out a huff of annoyance, before looking up at the demon before her, whom was patiently swooshing it's tail back and forth, waiting for her.

The song had paused.

A scowl pulled at her lips, before She stood and raced forward, her song continuing in an angry rush of instruments and harsh vocals. She jumped high, tucking in her legs as it's tail went to stab her through her stomach.

Atsu let out a grunt as her feet collided with it clumsily, loud crackling sounding as she pulled her hand back in an attempt to pierce it through the heart with a kunai. Suddenly, she felt a harsh and violent pain in her forearm, and she hissed out in pain, the demon's tail ripped out from her arm, and she fell into her side, clenching her arm.

Where were her teammates when she needed them?

Her breathe was heavy, and she watched as the demon let out a struggled chuckle, making her cringe. She'd left worse than this, and so she gathered herself quickly, her hand growing a bright green as she healed herself. With her other hand, she weakly made hand signs, four water dragons slithering from the river nearby; two protecting her from the dragon as she healed herself, and the other two going to battle the ferocious demon.

It took many moments for Atsu to heal herself, and in that time, the second dragon was already destroyed. The two dragons protecting her sprang forth to attack the demon, but were destroyed in a matter of moments.

Lava dripped from the demon's mouth like saliva, burning the ground beneath its clawed paws, if you could even call them that.

A sick feeling dropped to the bottom of Atsu's stomach and she narrowed her eyes, brushing away all further emotions. She stood and raced forward, lightning slowly enveloping her arms before traveling to her parted hands, shifting into bright blue katanas.

She jumped, as did the demon, her legs tucking inwards as she crossed her arms, pulling arms apart as she neared the demon, and push off its heart, her foot squishing against the moonshot surface and she dropped down elegantly, giving a solid flick, blood flying from her katanas and spraying against the ground. Her weapons decomposed back into lightning, witch seeped into her finger tips.

She let out a heavy sigh, sitting down as she caught her breathe.

The demon's body dropped down, his body split in half. Rotted blood laid out in pools around it's body, it's body caving in on itself, practically turning to ash. She groaned, holding her noise as she stood, the demon's smell more repulsive than Naruto's smelly socks. And that was saying something.

She sighed before turning and limping away, the demon having managed to twist her ankle in that harsh throw.

"God, they so owe me for this."
