Episode 5 : The Family Conflict

RECAP:

When I get out of the cafe, I see Jhope outside the cafe, looking at me intensely. He looks different. He never visited me when I was at the hospital.

"What are u doing here?"

"Who is he?"

Both of us ask at the same time.

"Are u following me?" I asks him.

He rubs the back of his neck, "Well... I came to the hospital earlier but the nurse said u are already discharged from the hospital. Then I saw u walking so I kinda... follow u."

"So why are u following me?"

"I... I dunno. I just follow my heart & it says to follow u."

I blink, "But why?"

He seems hesitate a little but said it anyway, "I... I like u, Miyeon. Not as friends but as lovers."

I continue to blink at him, "W-what... S-since when?"

"Since the first time I saw u on the first day of school. I thought it's just a small crush but after what u did to my family, my feelings start to grow..."

"I... I..." I really dunno what to say. I don't know Jhope has feelings for me. But I can feel something warm from my stomach.

Then I heard the cafe's door open, revealing Jun.

"Hey, Miyeon! U forgot ur phone!"

I see Jhope looks at Jun with a hard face. What's wrong with him?

"Who are u?" Jhope asks Jun coldly.

Jun smirks, "Oh? I'm Wen Jun Hui, Miyeon's boyfriend. You?"

Miyeon's POV

I look at Jun in disbelief. What the heck is he saying?! I look at Jhope to see his sad face. Somehow I feel like I want to tell Jhope the truth so badly. But before I can do that, a voice interrupts me.

"What's going on here?"

The three of us look at the source of the voice to see Suga. What is he doing here?!?

"Oh? Another guy? Yeonnie, why aren't u telling me u friends with so many guys? U are making me jealous." Jun said.

I just bit my lower lip. This guy... When will he learn to control his playful side??

Suga raises his eyebrow at us.

"Jhope, what are u doing here? I thought u said u have something important to do?" Suga asks.

"I-I... I already take care of the things... I gotta go now." Jhope said weakly as he starts to walk.

I really want to chase him & tell him the truth but with Suga's demanding stare & Jun's playful side, I know I can't.

"So what are u doing here, Miyeon? With this guy?" Suga asks.

"Didn't she tell u? I'm her boyfriend, Wen Jun Hui." He said as he slings an arm around me.

This guy, really. He just doesn't know when to stop... Ok then, feel my wrath. I pinch his side, hard.

"Ouch!! Miyeon, that hurts!" Jun pouts as he release himself from me.
