Leaving You

Leah's P.O.V

Zayn and I stayed on the down low for another month. We stayed in the flat unless there was a meeting or we needed to go shopping. If we didn't then we would get mobbed. Things weren't pleasant anymore. A lot of the fans changed. They would chant the worst things at Zayn. It was horrible. He made a mistake and I forgave him, but they never would.

Today I had an ultrasound. It would be my fourth one since I found out I was pregnant. This one was special though, we were finding out the gender.

"You ready babe ?" Zayn asked me while we sat in the waiting room. My hands rested on my bulge. It was visible now.

"Hell no, but I've got you. So now I am." I squeezed his hand as he kissed my cheek. Other couples smiled at us nicely.

"Leah Sanchez ?" A woman in teddy bear scrubs asked looking around. My partner stood up and helped me. I had some difficulty getting up now and days. The woman smiled and led us down a long hall to a room. A upright bed and chair was inside as well as medical supplies. We all entered, me sitting on the bed.

"Are you two excited to find out the gender ?" She asked happily. We both smiled at her.

"Yeah ! We need to start buying clothes. She's starting her fifth month." Zayn spoke for us. Before I knew it, the jell was on my raised belly. It was cold just like the other times. My hand squeezed his harder as the machine showed a figure.

"That's our baby." I whispered with tears. Lips greeted mine warmly. My heart fluttered at his kiss. We broke apart to see the life closely. A head was looking down at its belly. I just wanted to hold him or her.

"Do you wanna know the sex ?" She asked with a smile. Our hearts pounded.

"Of course !" I exclaimed. She wheeled to the monitor and pointed to its private part.

"There is nothing sticking out. Congrats it's a baby girl." More tears fell. We are having a baby girl. I was going to give birth to a baby girl in four months.

"Sasha Maryland Malik, Sashie." I whispered. He nodded still staring at the screen. We created this life and we would be able to hold her soon. The woman handed us the roll of film. And left us once she cleaned off my belly. We kissed passionately for a few minutes.

"Look what you did to me idiot !" I laughed. He smiled and kissed my stomach. Zayn was going to be the best father.

When we pulled up to the flat building I knew something was up. They lot was filled with cars. At our door was balloons. 'It's A Girl' read in pink over them. Zayn opened the door to our family and friends.

"Congrats !" They all yelled. I saw my sister, my parents, my aunts, my uncles, my cousins, and my friends. Everyone packed into our massive flat to have a baby shower. I ran to hug everyone.

"My baby is having a little girl !" My mum yelled with tears. People clapped happily for us. There was cake, gifts, and pictures from everyone. Our families spoke speeches of praise and best wishes. The best one was my father's.

"When I first heard my baby girl was dating a pop star I was weary. I met him and honestly didn't care for him. He was dating my daughter I hated him ! Zayn took such good care of her from the press and fans. He asked for my blessing to propose. I finally accepted him. Then he got my little girl pregnant ! Now that's a different story ! But I am so happy for you three now. I can't wait to be a grandfather." My dad was pushing away tears. Everyone was laughing and crying over his words.

The bandmates and their family was there. Luke ran to me happy.

"Auntie Lee is having Sashie !" He yelled. People laughed and oogled at us. His little hands touch my belly. He screamed when he felt her kick. I felt violated when everyone wanted to feel her kick, but I got over it. They loved us and supported us in whatever we did. Zayn never left our side.

Came home to find It's A Girl balloons and our family a d friends. Thank you for the amazing party ! We can't wait to see our Sashie !

Pictures from tonight went all over twitter and the Internet. Hash tags were trending and photos were sharing. It was okay because people were genuinely happy for us. People were getting over the drama and learning to get on with things. It made us more excited.
