Luke's POV

School on Monday came too fast and I just wish I could spend time with Morgan. School sucks.

Morgan makes me feel amazing. She makes me really happy. I'm really falling for her and I wonder if it's the same for her.

I'm so glad we are the way we are. It may be a little weird, but, hey, we aren't actually brother and sister. We are just step siblings. What would happen if our parents found out? Let's just hope that doesn't happen.

I walk into the school building with Morgan beside me and Jack on the other side of her. I know Jack one of her best friend and so are the other guys in her group, but every time I see them talking or walking together, I become jealous. Morgan is mine, only mine, no one else's.

"Stop zoning out, Luke," Morgan says with a groan.

"Sorry," I reply, shaking my head a little.

"What are you even thinking about?"

I remember Jack beside her so I say, "How much I wish it was still the weekend."

"Same bro," says Jack and I crack a small smile. He's not a bad guy really.

We reach the intersection where we part off to go to our own lockers and I say goodbye to the two as I walk the opposite way of them. Jack's locker is near Morgan's. Jealousy boils in my blood as I think of that. I really hope Jack doesn't like Morgan in that way.

I shake my head to clear my mind as I open my locker. I get everything I need and go to my first class. I really wish I would have more than one class with Morgan. I can't stand only seeing herself briefly in the halls and cafeteria and only having one whole class period with her.

I enter the classroom and sit in the back, propping my feet on the seat in front of me; nobody will take the seat because they will see my feet.

I blob out what the stupid teacher says about the stupid lesson today because I am Luke Hemmings and I really don't give a crap about school. All I can think about is Morgan and only Morgan.
