Chapter 14

After a long vacation, we all had taken a plane back to LA. I was kinda sad about it cause I'm leaving my family, but I'm gunna see them when they come down for Christmas. And plus I'm kinda happy I'm leaving cause I get to finally sleep in my own bed.

It's also December, which means that Christmas is on the way. I'm really excited for it cause I mean, who isn't. I also have to go Christmas shopping for people, and even shop for the twins birthday that's coming up soon. But I'm saving the shopping for later though, since I have no idea what to get for some people.

Since all of us had settled in in LA for the past couple days, everything was back to normal now. I was back to studying, Julia was back to working, and the twins were back to acting also. They both told me that they were working trying to get a big part in a big movie that they're working on, so that means they're working longer hours.

That also means that I can't be with Grayson as much as I was before. But today, he wanted to take me out somewhere after he was done working. So I decided on picking him up after work, so that's where I'm headed.

I was already changed into a decent outfit, and I soon made my way to the garage. I finally made it to my car, and I started driving to their work building. It was about late afternoon, and I made it there in about 10 minutes.

I parked my car, and headed into the building. I also brought my pass with me, and I soon made it to the room Gray and Ethan were working in. Once I entered the room, I saw Ethan at the food table, again. I laughed at myself since he's mostly always there when I walk in. I made my way over to him, and gave him a friendly hug. "How's work going?" I asked him.

"It's good, but it's a little tough since this part it kinda hard to get," he told me.

"I know you guys will do great though," I smiled, and I saw him do it too. We started talking a little about other things, and Grayson soon joined us. "Are you ready?" he asked me, grabbing my hand.

"Where are you two going?" Ethan asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I'm taking her out," he told him.

"Oh, ew," Ethan replied, and grabbed a small amount of food from the food table. "Hope you two have fun, I'll be having fun with my date," he said holding the food in his hand.

We all laughed, and I said, "That's cute, but we'll see you later." We all said our final goodbyes, and Gray and I headed outside hand in hand. "Let me drive, since I know where we're going," he told me.

"Why can't you just tell me where we're going, so I can just drive?" I asked him.

"It's a surprise, babe," he said with a slight smirk. I just let out a giggle, I handed him my keys before we got into the car. I sat in the passengers side, while Grayson sat in the drivers. He soon put the key in ignition, and started driving out of the parking lot. "Can you at least give me a hint on where we're going?" I asked him eagerly.

"Hm...it's a winter thing," he said looking at me, and grabbing my hand.

"You can't do any winter things in LA," I laughed.

"Anything is possible princess," he said pulling my hand to his lips, and kissing the top of it. I giggled, and I felt my cheeks get a little warm as he did that. He soon started driving again, and he held onto my hand the whole ride, which made me feel safe being around him.

It was until 20 minutes later, Grayson pulled up to an indoor ice rink. "Is this it?" I asked a little bit excited.

He laughed, and said, "You guessed it." I got pretty excited since I love ice skating, and I haven't done it in so long. I never even knew there were indoor ice rinks in LA, but I'm happy now that there is. We both got out, and I met Grayson in front of the car. I intertwined my fingers with his, and we headed inside. We got in line to pay and get our skates. Grayson rented skates for both of us, and we headed over to a bench to put them on.

Once I finished tying them, I stood up from the bench, and I almost fell down because the skates were so thin. But suddenly, I felt Grayson catch my arm, and pull me towards him so I was sitting on his lap. Our eyes got locked into each others, and I felt him crash his lips onto mine.

We were kissing in the same position when he pulled me to him, and he kissed me so passionately and slowly. It was until we heard someone say, "Yuck!" and we both pulled away. We saw a little kid walking by us with an older woman, whom I'm assuming is his mother. She mouthed, "Sorry," as she was walking away with him. Grayson and I looked at each other after that, laughing. "That was cute," Grayson laughed, and I agreed.

"Yeah, so can I get up now?" I asked him, still giggling.

"Awe why, I like it with you on my lap," he said with a smirk. "Grow up," I said rolling my eyes, and lightly slapping his arm. I soon stood up from his lap, and I held onto his hand tight so I wouldn't fall again. He got up after me as I still held onto him. "Don't fall this time," he laughed, holding onto my hands. "I won't," I smiled towards him, and we started skating towards the ice rink.

We soon made it onto the ice, and I already felt myself losing my balance, even when I was holding onto Grayson. "Just hold tight onto me babe," he told me. "I'll make sure you won't fall."

"What if I do fall?" I asked him. We started skating a little bit, and he said, "I'll fall down with you." We both laughed. I held tight into his arm as I stood next to him skating, and it was actually kinda easy. "Getting easier now?" he asked looking down towards me with a smile.

"Yeah," I smiled up towards him.

"Let's skate a little faster." We started to skate a little faster than we usually were. I held onto Grayson a little more tighter since I still felt myself almost lose my balance. We soon reached towards the other side of the rink, and he turned me towards him. I held onto his hand, and I held onto the railing. "Why'd you stop here?" I asked him.

"So I can do this," he said, and pulled me closer to him, connecting our lips. He did it so quick, which made me lose my balance. I pulled away from him, and ended up on my butt, pulling Grayson down with me. He soon landed down next to me, and we started to burst out laughing because of what just happened. "Well that wasn't a good idea," he laughed.

I laughed along with him, saying, "True." We soon got up, standing in front and holding onto each other. We soon started to skate some more a lot slower, and Gray and I would give each other a few kisses at some moments. A few times I would fall, and so would he, but we always bursted out laughing because it was so funny. Just little moments like that make me complete, and I can't wait to make so much more like that with him.
