Grayson's POV

"Okay, from the top!" my boss shouted. "And... Action!" I started off saying my lines of the short film that I'm doing at work, but I messed up on the last line, just like the other times this week. I've been a complete mess ever since I've broken up with Adriana, and it's taking a total effect on me, especially right now at work. I've been screwing up on my lines from the start when we broke up, and I barely know why.

Adriana just can't leave my head, and she's all I think about. But it's not in a good way... I just can't get out the fact that she cheated on me this whole time. It still even blows me away at the thought of it. Now since I've gotten back to work, I can't even focus on my lines. It just breaks my heart so much that she would do something like that...

"And cut!" my boss shouted, clearing away my thoughts. "Everyone take five!" I was starting to walk away from the scene, but I soon heard someone call for me. "Dolan, can I see you for a sec?"

I looked up at him, and walked over towards him. "Yeah?" I asked him, and I had a feeling on what he was gunna talk to me about. As I went over towards him, he asked, "Is everything going okay with you?"

"What do you mean?" I asked him, and he gave me a 'no duh' look.

"You've been messing up the lines on the scenes you're in over these past few days," he explained. "Is something going on that's making you mess up? Anything you'd like me to know? Cause I could give you a break, even knowing you just finished the other movie."

I sighed, and answered, "Uh, it's just a personal thing that happened a few days ago..."

"Oh, I'm sorry," he replied. "I could give you a few days off to recover from what ever happened."

"No, that's fine," I assured him. "It's just something stupid I need to get over. I'll work extra hard on my lines to get them right."

"Okay, that's the kid I know," he said with a smirk as he was walking away, and I just let out a small chuckle. I then started heading for my spot near the food table to take a little break. As I was, I saw Ethan stuffing his face with some food, of course. I just rolled my eyes, since we're not on so much good terms. He did try to talk to me and say sorry about everything, but I just ignored him since he was so annoying about it.

But I do kinda miss him cause I mean, he is my brother. But it's just how he also lied to me this whole time that I can't get over. It's just not something he would do. "What's up," he said. I just looked at him, and ignored him. "Still pissed at me as always," I heard him sigh.

"Just shut up and leave me alone," I spat.

"I told you I'm sorry, I've told you like a million times."

"I know you are, but sorry doesn't cut it," I told him.

"Obviously sorry doesn't, scissors does," I heard him joke, but I just groaned.

"You trying to joke around with me won't change my mind about anything," I said in annoyance.

"I know, but I'm just telling you that I am really sorry. I acted stupid when I kissed Adriana, and she's sorry too," he said, and paused for a few moments. "I miss you bro... I don't like how we're like this. I know I messed up in part of this situation, but I promise from now on I won't."

"How am I supposed to know?" I asked him. "You lied to me also."

"I'm over her, I'm telling you. I don't like her like that anymore cause I've realized how I kinda broke you guys up... And seeing you guys keep your distance from each other and be mad at each other, and just hate each other kills me inside cause I know most of the part was my fault." He then continued on. "I really am sorry that I did that. I don't know how I can make it up to you, but please understand that I'm sorry I did that and that I miss you..." I sighed in frustration.
