Chapter 20

"Are you almost done babe?" I heard Grayson say on the other side of the bathroom door.

"Almost!" I said. "I think." Grayson and I were still going out tonight, and I was pretty excited for it. But not so much since I have to dress all up nice for it. Julia also wanted to help me get ready for it. "She's almost done!" Julia added. The only dress I brought with me that seemed fancy enough was black and white. It went down to the middle of the thighs, and had spaghetti straps. The chest area was black, while it flowed down with white and a few black stripes.

Julia did my hair, and fixed up my hair in its curls. She then pinned the sides of it, adding a cute matching bow. She then did my makeup, just doing dark eyeshadow, with winged eyeliner, mascara, and pink lipstick. Soon enough, she had finished preparing me. She then handed me her black heels, which fit me good. "Done!" she smiled excitedly. "You look so pretty."

I thanked her, and I looked at myself in the mirror. I actually did look good, but it was all Julia's help. "Well you helped me looked this good," I giggled, and so did she. Before I headed out, I put on the necklace, bracelet, and ring Grayson gave me over the years.

Julia then opened the bathroom door, and I saw Grayson waiting outside impatiently. He was a bit dressed up also, and he looked so good the way he was dressed up. I just wanted to attack him with kisses. He looked up at me once the door swung open, and came over towards me. "You look so gorgeous," he exclaimed, grabbing ahold of my hand. I just smiled and blushed at his comment.

"Awe," I heard Julia say, and I giggled cause she was still in the room. "You guys look so cute."

"Yeah," Grayson chuckled. "Now how about we get going?" I agreed with him, and we all headed out of the room. Julia headed over to her door, and said, "I hope you guys have a good time on your date."

"Date?" I heard someone say from her room, and I could tell it was Nate's. Soon, him and Ethan showed up in the hotel hallway. "Woah," him and Ethan exclaimed. "You look so pretty," Ethan said. I looked down and smiled, and even feel myself blush even more.

"Okay, let's head out," I heard Grayson say, which brought me back into reality. "We'll see you guys!" I waved to them, and Gray and I headed for the elevator. Julia was saying how her, Nate, and Ethan were going to see this drive in movie, so they wouldn't be spending the rest of the night in the hotel.

By the time we made it to the downstairs lobby, we headed outside for the jeep. I got shotgun, while Grayson was driving. He soon started driving out of the hotel parking lot, and started driving to the restaurant he's taking me to. I held onto his free hand throughout the ride, and listened to the music blasting from the radio.

About 20 minutes later, Grayson pulled up to a French restaurant, that looked pretty fancy and expensive. I met him on his side once we got out of the car, and he kissed my forehead before we headed inside. As we entered, it was very nicely decorated inside. There were also many other people in here dressed up nice and eating. I'm actually hoping we'd get a seat.

Soon enough, a hostess came up to us, asking, "Party of two?"

"Yep," Grayson replied, and she grabbed two menus. She soon brought us upstairs, and onto the balcony part of the restaurant. Grayson and I sat across from each other, while the hostess handed our menus with a smile. She then took our orders, and soon left us.

As she did, I looked out over the balcony. It was dark outside, but the lights over the city made the scenery look beyond beautiful. You could even see the Eiffel Tower in the distance, which was also lit up, and that lit up the city the most. "Beautiful, isn't it?" I heard Grayson say.
