Year of 2035
A lot of things that I have accomplished have happened during up to this period of time. I have finally finished online college at the age of 22, and I now work in my hometown of New Jersey. I married Grayson at the age of 23 after I had finished online college, and we now also live in our hometown of New Jersey. Grayson also is still in the acting business, but he's been taking some time off to spend time in New Jersey with his family.
We have two kids, one older girl and younger boy. We named them after Grayson, and even one after Ethan. I wanted to name our girl after Grayson's middle name Bailey, and I had her at the age of 25. She's beautiful, and has almost the exact same features as Grayson. Our other child on the other hand was named after Ethan's middle name, since Grayson wanted to do so. His name is Grant, and I had him at the age of 32. He's beautiful also, and has mostly features of me.
Since it's now the year of 2035, Bailey's now 12 years old and in middle school, while Grant is only 4 years old in preschool. Grayson and I are now in our mid 30's at this year. I still find Grayson as the most gorgeous 16 year old boy I fell in love with years ago, even almost 20 years later.
It was now currently the middle of summer, and we decided to have a Fourth of July party at our house. Both sides of the family were showing up, along with our friends. As I was entering the backyard of our house, I was greeted by Julia and Nate both saying, "Adriana!"
"Hey!" I greeted them, bringing them into a group hug. Julia and Nate had gotten married a couple years after Grayson and I have, and Julia was now 3 months pregnant. "Not too tight!" I heard Julia whimper. We all laughed, pulling away.
"Sorry, didn't mean hurt your tummy," I giggled. "But how's the baby doing?"
"Good, we're getting there," she smiled, putting one of her hands over her stomach, and her other hand holding onto Nate's. I smiled also, since they looked to adorable together, and I'm happy they're finally having their first child soon. We all talked for a little bit more until I found Lisa entering in with Sean.
I went over to them, greeting them both. "Where's my little princess?" Lisa asked. "I have a gift for her."
"Oh Bailey? She's over there on the swings," I pointed, and she was swinging and even talking on the phone with someone, from what it looks like. "But it's the Fourth of July Lisa, you don't need to give any of them gifts," I laughed.
She laughed also, and said, "You know me Adriana, I love getting them little things." I rolled my eyes a bit, but ended up laughing.
"Okay," I laughed. "She's over there on the swings. I bet she'd love to see you." She gave me one last hug and thanked me before leaving, and I looked around at all the guests that have arrived. I even saw Grayson playing catch with Grant, and I smiled to myself. I love seeing him bond with our son, cause he looks the happiest when he's around our kids.
I walked over to them, seeing Grant catch the football. "Daddy I got it!" Grant said in his adorable voice. "Good job!" Grayson smiled towards him. He then ran over to him, scooping him up, and Grant was giggling so adorably. Once I finally reached to them, Grayson looked over towards me with his beautiful smile, and I did the same. "Hey bubba!" I said to Grant, and he giggled once again.
"Mama," he replied, and tried coming to me in Grayson's grasp. We both laughed, and Grayson handed him over to me. "You were doing so good playing catch with daddy," I told him, and he smiled.
"I see uncle Ethan!" Grant pointed towards him. Ethan was entering our backyard with his wife Alicia, and their daughter Lilliana, who was Grant's age but a little bit older. They all came over to us, and we greeted them with hugs. "How's my favorite boy?" Ethan asked Grant, taking him out of my arms. Grant laughed, and Ethan held him in the air. He then started playing around with him near the swing set.
"Lilliana's hungry, so we're gunna head inside to get some food," Alicia told me.
"Of course! Go ahead," I told them with a smile, and they started heading for the door. It was now just Grayson and I.
"How's my perfect wife doing?" he asked me with a smirk, and grabbed ahold of my hands.
"Good," I giggled. "I just hope everything will go fine with everyone here and-"
Grayson cut me off by saying, "Stop worrying about the guests, I bet they're having a great time," and he was pulling me closer to him.
"I know, I know," I giggled. I soon felt his lips on mine, feeling the same tons of sparks every time we've kissed. He kissed me for a long 10 seconds, until I heard someone call for me. "Mom!" I heard someone say, which sounded like Bailey's voice. I pulled away from Grayson, but I still held onto his hand. "Yes?" I asked her, who was now standing in front of us.
"Can one of my friends come over?" she asked.
"Yeah, who? Emma? Rachel?" I asked her, naming some of her close friends that I know.
"No, it's someone from school," she said. "And it's a boy. His names Dylan."
I looked at Grayson, then back at her. "A boy?" I asked raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, please mom? He's really nice. You and dad can meet him," she added.
"Okay, we can meet him when he comes," Grayson told her.
"Yay!" she squealed. "Thanks dad!" she said giving him a really quick hug. "He's at the door, I'm gunna let him in." Before I could ask her anything else, she already left heading for the door.
"Why'd you say yes?" I asked Grayson.
"Why not? She could always meet new friends," he told me.
"But this is a boy who we've never met before," I told him. "And he's already at our house!"
"Just calm down Adriana," he said chuckling a bit. "I bet he'll just be a normal 12 year old boy that Bailey probably likes." I nodded, and soon enough, I heard my name being called again.
"Mom! Dad!" Bailey said coming closer to us. "This is Dylan," she introduced. Right next to her wasn't just any 12 year old boy, he looked a bit older by his appearance. He was wearing all black, black ripped jeans, and some back band t-shirt. He even had his hair done, but a bit messy. He even had piercings? This is not what I imagine some 12 year old boy...
"Hey!" Grayson said, shaking his hand. "Nice to meet you. We're Bailey's parents."
"Hi," I told him with an uneasy smile.
"Uh, nice to meet you too," Dylan replied, and it seemed like he didn't even care.
"We'll be near the swings!" Bailey interrupted, and she started dragging him away from us to go back to the swings. I then looked over at Grayson, giving him a 'duh' kind of look. "What?" Grayson asked.
"Does that boy look normal to you?" I asked him.
"Adriana, why do you keep judging him?" he asked me. "Are you just scared that Bailey might like him?"
"Maybe... But how are you under control with all of this?" I asked him. "Doesn't he just look bad to you?"
"Well, didn't I act like that when we were around Bailey's age? And you liked me," Grayson told me with a smirk, and I finally realized it. "Now look where we both are today."
"I see it now," I told him with a smile, and he did the same.
"See? There's nothing to worry about," Grayson assured me. "They're just like you and me. And look at what you and me have been through all these years."
"You're right," I said smiling. "I shouldn't be worrying about them."
"That's my girl," he said with a slight smirk, and I just giggled. I'm so happy that I fell for this boy many years ago, cause now look where we both ended up. I'm living the perfect life with him now, and it all happened to start with that seat right next to him in science class.
