Aiden hasn't spoken to me all day, and finally we were going back to the hotel to freshen up for dinner. Rachel could tell something was wrong, but she didn't say anything because she knew it would anger Aiden farther.
Aiden and I walked into the room, and he went straight for the bathroom. I sighed and sat on the bed.
When he walked out, I looked at him.
"Aiden?" I said softly.
"Yea?" He asked, looking at me.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Are you really asking me what's wrong, Sarah? Really?!" Aiden said, his voice raising.
"Okay- look. The reason I acted like that is because you didn't tell her you had a girlfriend!" I cried. "How do you think that makes me feel?!"
He just looked at me. "You should trust me better than that." He said flatly.
"Aiden."
"No. If you trusted me, you wouldn't have cared what that stupid girl had to say. You should trust that I love you and only you." He shot back.
"Okay, I'm sorry, but I just wish you would have told her." I said softly.
"And I'm sorry. But Sarah, you know I don't want anyone else but you. Please remember that." He said. I nodded. "Now come take a shower with me...please?"
I looked at him. "Why?"
"It's just quicker," he said, "Mom and Dad are going to be waiting on us."
"Alright, fine," I said.
It's not like we haven't ever done it before. It's just harder for me now to do those type of things since what happened with Rob.
I walked into the bathroom and Aiden pulled me to him.
"Are you okay?" he asked as he removed my shirt.
"Yep," I said. He looked me in the eyes.
"Promise?"
"I promise."
He finished undressing me, but he looked worried.
"You're so tense," he observed. "I'm not going to do anything that you don't want me to do."
I relaxed a bit, trusting him, and his intentions.
"I'm okay, Aiden." I said, softly. He kissed my lips softly and removed the rest of my clothing, along with his. He held my hand, and guided me to the shower with him. The water felt warm against my skin. It was so relaxing. He messaged my shoulders and kissed my head even though my hair was wet. He turned me around to look at him.
"You're so beautiful," he admired, cupping my cheeks. "And I'm not just saying that because you're naked. I mean that. Everything about you is so beautiful. You body, your heart, your mind, your face, everything."
"Thank you," I said softly. He kissed me, passionately. I eventually pushed him against the shower wall and heated the kiss slightly. His hands moved from my back to my waist and pulled me closer. We kissed for a little while but he pulled away. This time it was me who whimpered from the loss of contact.
