Chapter 6

Shannon's P.O.V

Cammie fell asleep in my arms, I feel awful i know why she cried and it makes me feel terrible that whenever she sees my arm she can't bare to even look at me. I look at her while she's sleeping, a tear still rests on her cheek, I wipe it off and she wakes up. she sat up and stretched and then gave me a smile. "Hey pretty girl" I say rubbing her back
"Hi, are we almost there" she asked
"Yeah we'll be there in like 5 minutes" Vanessa answered. Cammie laid out her hand for me to hold it, I put my hand on her shoulder and brushed my hand all the way down her arm to her hand and interlocked fingers. She smiled and looked at my wrist then immediately frowned, I grabbed her chin and pulled it up, there where tears in her eyes. I pulled her face towards mine and kissed her, she pulled away and smiled and mouthed "I'm so sorry". I kissed her again and said "cam I love you so much it's insane" I wiped the tears from her eyes then mouthed "it's okay baby" she nodded and gave me a hug. Once we got to the parking lot cammie jumped on my back and I gave her a piggyback ride to the lake. Vanessa backed the boat up into the water and went to go park the truck as we got everything ready. We put the cooler in the middle and the tube in the back, we began unpacking our bag and put our towels down. When Vanessa got back we started going out into the lake, cammie came over and sat in my lap and kissed my cheek. "How long have you guys been dating" Shea asked us. Me and cammie looked at each other than at Shea and we both shrugged and laughed
"About 6 months" I say
"You guys look really happy together"
"We are" cammie says looking at me "so how about you and Vanessa how long have you guys been dating?"
"Umm...almost a month now" Shea replied
"Wow that's great"
"Yeah it's a lot of fun, Vanessa makes me happy and I hope I make her happy to"
"Oh don't worry you do" I say, Shea smiles and gets up and sits next to Vanessa and hold her hand while she drives the boat. Cammie looked at me and kissed my cheek and hugged me. "What are you doing cam?" I ask
"I'm just so happy I'm with you" she says still buried in my neck, I hug her back and we don't let go for a while until the boat stopes and Vanessa shouts "who wants to go tubing first! How about you Shan"
"Alright I'll do it seems fun" I reply letting go off cammies intense hug. I took of my tank top and my shorts and my sunglasses and got onto the circle shaped tube. Vanessa attached the rope to the boat and pushed me off, I latched onto the handles on the side of the tube and gave Vanessa a thumbs up, she started slow and then started going faster, I bounced on the waves behind the boat. I held on as if my life depended on it every jump sent excruciating pain through my wrist until finally I couldn't stand it anymore and I let go. The boat came back around and Vanessa helped me up and handed me a towel. Cammie patted me on the back and told me I did good and then she wanted a turn, she got onto the tube and I watched her go, it was so funny her facial expressions where hilarious. Every time she went in the air she would freak out and it was so funny, she hung on for a good 3 minutes and then fell off. Vanessa drove the boat back around and got cam, her hair was all over her face and she got water up her nose. I laughed at her and she pushed me off the boat into the water, I was going to miss her once she leaves tomorrow. What am I going to do without her, or most importantly what will she do without me. I quickly shoved those thoughts aside and got back on the boat, I wrapped a towel around cammie and then around me and held cammie in my lap.

Cammies P.O.V

We where at the lake until 5:00 then it started to get dark so we drove home. Shea drove while we all slept, tonight was my last night with Shannon. I can't believe it, this week has gone by so fast it can't be over already. I leave tomorrow at 5:30 which means we only have a couple hours to spend with each other, it just isn't fair why do I have to leave. I looked over at Shannon ,who's mouth is open, and kissed her on the forehead. She woke up a little and laid down in my chest, she was so warm and so comfy I didn't ever want this to stop. When we got home Shannon stumbled around and went to bed, I couldn't sleep without remembering everything that had happened this week all the good all the bad, everything. I decided to go for a walk just a quick one nothing to jurassic, I stopped at a bar and got a drink. While I was sitting down a guy came up to me. "Hey girl, what are you doing here all by yourself?" He asked
"I'm just drinking a beer" I answered
"No crime in that, why don't I but you something"
"No thanks I still need to walk home"
"Oh then why don't you take me with you"
"Well my girlfriend is there and I wouldn't want to wake her"
"So what if your chick friend is there, I'll be quiet" he said touching my ass
"Hey! Get off of me!" I screamed "I mean my actual girlfriend, I'm queer shit head"
"Well call your girlfriend up and we'll get her involved to"
"Your sick! I'm going home!" I paid for my beer and got out of there fast. I could hear footsteps behind me I knew it was that guy.
"Alright so where's your house"he asked
"What the fuck get away from me or I'm calling the cops" I demanded
"Fine fuck you then you dyke bitch!" He flipped me off then went back into the bar. I walked home feeling molested and dirty, I hate people like that guy they have no self respect or intelligence to actually care. When I got home Shannon was on the couch with her legs crossed and she was bitting her finger nails. "Hey cam. We're where you?" Shannon asks
"Just getting a beer" I answer
"Okay come her real fast". I walk into the room and see candles lit and musics playing, Shannon walks out wearing lingerie. "Now if your ready, we need to do this the right way". I look at her up and down "come on cam, let's make some memories"
"Well I don't know what to say" I say with tears in my eyes and a cracked voice
"Don't say anything just let me treat you right". I walk over and she kisses me and takes of my shirt, and then my pants, and then my bra, as we still kiss. She lays me down on the bed still kissing me and I take of her panties, I look at her and make sure she's okay with what I just did she nods and we continue kissing. She takes off my panties and I take off her bra. The night was amazing I couldn't have asked for it to go any different, she's my soulmate I love her so much I don't want to leave tomorrow.
