Caroline was woken up by the light beams that shined bright across her face. She grabbed the covers and pulled them over her face, trying to block the light. She then heard a groan.

All of a sudden, she had a heavy weight on her, she almost squealed, but managed to keep herself quiet. She felt the covers pulled off her face. Caroline squeezed her eyes shut even tighter. After a few moments, her face was attacked with kisses and she couldn't help but laugh.

"Okay, okay. I'm up!" she giggled, opening her eyes to see Luke's blinding white teeth.

"Good morning, love," he smiled wide. Caroline pushed his face away.

"Okay, I have an ultrasound, so make yourself useful and get my clothes."

Luke sat back down on his side of the bed. He crossed his arms. "I don't think so. You get them yourself."

"The rule is, whoever takes them off gets them. Sorry, honey, but you took them off," Caroline snickered.

"I don't like you," Luke said as he pulled on some boxers before getting Caroline's clothes from last night and handing them to her.

Caroline smiled widely when she took them. "You're right, you love me. Now, run along."

"Caroline, I've seen you-"

Caroline crossed her arms and glared at Luke. "You should know when you're not wanted nor needed."

Luke put his hands up in defense. "Alright, alright. Just let me get some jeans and a t-shirt at least."

Caroline gave Luke a few minutes to gather everything he needed before kicking him out of the bedroom. Once he was gone, she quickly got dressed and brushed her hair, putting it up in a high ponytail. She did her makeup lightly, knowing she was just going to get an ultrasound.

When she left the room, ready to go, she noticed Luke was finished too. "Okay, ready?"

"Kind of," Luke said, biting his lip. "I'm a bit nevous."

Caroline thought it was cute that he was nervous, but why was he nervous? He was just going to see his baby. Maybe it was something else. It's health? Maybe that's what bothered Luke. "Our baby will be perfectly healthy, if that's what you're worried about. And you are an amazing father. Which reminds me, where's Kelly?"

Luke shrugged. "Kerri has her. I managed to convince her to watch her yesterday. I just haven't gone back for her yet. We can get her after this appointment."

"Sounds like a plan," Caroline smiled. She wrapped her arm around Luke's hip as they made their way outside to his truck. It was only a matter of time before they had arrived at the clinic for Caroline's ultrasound. They were waiting patiently in the reception office for their turn.

Caroline was flipping through a name book, trying to find some inspiration for the baby's name. "Do we want to know the gender?" Luke asked.

"It's too soon to tell, sweetie," Caroline told him as she touched his arm.

"No, I mean for future reference. Do we want to know?" Luke asked again.

"No, I would prefer it be a surprise, but I'm not too sure yet. This is my first baby, you know. This pregnancy thing, it's all new to me. I do want to know your opinion on the baby's name, though," Caroline explained to Luke.

"How about Priscilla for a girl? I'm not quite sure on the middle name yet, but I really love that name," Luke suggested.

"I love that name too! And what about for a boy?" Caroline questioned him for the name on the opposite gender.
