   Scarlet's POV

   After the dinner with Carter the kids been asking me twenty four seven when they were going to see Carter again. Which surprised me. Not that I expected the kids to like him because I know Carter is a great guy but how the kids like him so soon. The kids it takes awhile for them to like you before they start wanting you over again.

      The next day Connor was looking at me. I knew it meant he wanted to ask me something but he was struggling to talk to me. It was all over Connor's face that he wants to talk to me so badly but won't tell me. I wanted to go up to him myself but I thought he should come to me.

    Even Stefan saw something wrong with both us. Connor will ignore me or move around me lightly but not say a word to me if the kids weren't around. Which was scaring me. What if he wanted a divorice or something. It will break me if he wanted one. Plus we were on our way to have a third child together.

     Okay kids let's go get ice cream. Stefan says

  I am coming. I said trying to avoid Connor

   No parents allowed. Stefan says

  I glared at him an he whispers in my ear " Talk to Connor and get your marriage back together. Then maybe next time you two can come get ice cream with us."

  I rolled my eyes and I saw Stefan glaring at Connor. With that Stefan walks out the door with the kids who are eagerly jumping up and down for ice cream. I sigh and turned to fac Connor who was looking down.

   The tension in the air was so thick you can cut it with a knife. Plus it was so quiet too it was just plain awkward.

      So what is so important you been dying to ask me? I asked breaking the silience

    How do you know I want to ask you something? He asked

   Connor I am not stupid. We been married seven years have two children together. i know your face expressions by now. You are dying to tell me something. I said getting angrier by the moment

             Don't raise your voice with me.  Connor says raising his voice

   Don't you dare raise your voice with me. If I ever raise my voice it because I have to. Now ask your stupid question before I walk out that door and not come back. I said pissed off

               Why are all of the sudden with Carter? Why did you introduce the kids to him? Connor asked

   Is that all! Seriously thats been bugging you. All the kids and myself talked and had dinner with Carter. I said annoyed to hell

       It does bugg me. Scarlet you don't know him. He wants to ruin our marriage. Connor says

         First Stefan now you. Carter is a great guy. Why are you yelling at me... .like I did something wrong. I did nothing wrong. Scarlet says bitting her lower lip which meant she was going to cry, plus her eyes were getting wattery

   I didn't say you are did anything wrong. You don't know him. I said
