Dreams are for people with hope. I have no hope, therefore I have no dreams. I wake up and for a spilt second, everything is okay before my demons wake up.
I get on the bus to go to school. I'm thankful for the long ride. It gives me more time to sleep, also I can think in peace. I sigh and look out the window.
Fog is hovering over the ground, and the sun has yet to raise. I wish the weather was like this all the time. I love the dark and mysteriousness of it.
Ash isn't riding the bus, so I pull out my book and start reading. I love reading. The whole experience of entering another world, where you don't exist, and the characters change who you are is completely breath taking.
They are all staring at you. They are judging you. They know that you are an ugly fuck up!
Shut up! No one is looking at you! You are not important enough to notice! Quit being an attention whore!
I take my seat in home room, next to Hayley. She's currently busy scribbling something in her planner. Her bright purple hair is hanging in her face, and her brown eyes are following the words that she's writing.
"Hello class," Mrs. Riley says. "I have great news. Please say hello to Mr. Williams."
I look up and see a very handsome man enter the room. Bright blonde hair, crystal blue eyes, and California tan no doubt. His eyes glance around the room and fall on me. His smile fades away and lips slightly part.
Wait... Was he really looking at me...? No boy has ever looked at me that way before, but he's not a boy, he's a man. I gasp and I can myself blushing.
Suddenly our eyes meet and I can feel my stomach drop like I'm on a roller coaster. I can feel the heat rising to my cheeks. His cheeks redden. Wait... Is he blushing!?
"Okay!" Mrs. Riley claps her hands and I look away. "Mr. Williams will be a student teacher for the rest of the year."
I look back up at him, and he's still looking at me...
