Lauren Jauregui
Tears brimmed my eyes. I felt bad, horrible, for leaving him behind, pushing him away. I just had to. I couldn't go through heartbreak again.
Call me a drama queen, but it's just hard for me. Maybe it's the fact that Justin cheated behind my back. Maybe it's because of Rena's threats. Maybe it's the fact that we weren't supposed to feel anything.
It was a fucking project.
He was just a project. Not a lover.

Chapter Five
"Yeah, and as she said, leave us alone." Luke pulled me into his car, flipping off the paparazzi while doing so.
"Sounded very believable, Hemmings."
He let out a small chuckle, "Thanks, back at you."
He started up the car, making his way down the road and back to the arena where Fifth Harmony played. Once we got there, he opened the doors, then escorted me to the bus.
"Wait," he said, "don't do that again, okay?"
I sighed, leaning against the bus. "Why do you care?"
"Because we're friends now. Friends care about each other."
"Slow down there, when did I ever say that we were friends?"
"Since you let me on the bus." He stated with a smug grin. "You don't allow strangers on your tour bus."
"Strangers who are part of a publicity project and beg to stay apparently have an exception." I retorted.
He laughed, "Hopefully one day you'll think of me more than just a project."
"Nope, you're stuck in the publicity- zone." I giggled, opening the door to the bus. "But thanks anyway, see you someday, Hemmo. Hope you get home alright."
*FLASHBACK OVER*
I-Is that what he meant? Is that what he meant by more than a project?
*FLASHBACK*
Chapter Eleven
"Lauren, bestie! Don't be a pussy!" Rena urged, holding the strange substance.
I stiffened, "I said no."
"You're no fun-"
"I forgot to -- what's going on in here?" Luke said, walking into the room with his eyebrows creased.
"Nothing."
"She has drugs!" I state, slowly walking away from her.
"Yeah we know that. Everyone does, sorry, she has a condition. She gets really tired after each show them she has to take meds, I guess she over did it. Again." Luke replied with a shrug.
"I forgot my pick." Luke said, picking it up from the table.
"But that's all I needed, if she continues to bother you, go ahead and call security or leave." Luke instructed, "But anyway, hope you enjoy the show."

Fanfiction"We'll do it." Those three words triggered the start of this entire adventure. It's amazing how those three words meant so much to this. Why Luke agreed? Beats me. Did I take anyone's advice? No one gave me any.
