"Take a sip from my secret potion, I'll make you fall in love. ." Their voices faded out spreading into the crowd, not backstage where Lauren was standing.
"Are you sure you're okay?" The blonde reassured, keeping a careful eye on the green eyed beauty.
"Yes. I'm fine." Lauren answered. "I'm sure."
Luke nods, unsure of what to say next. His ideas of a conversation were interrupted as a shrill cry was heard from where Calum was. They both snapped their heads toward the noise.
"Calm down, she's going to be just-" Camila attempted to calm down her friend, as Michael went to the cafeteria to get water.
"No she isn't!" Calum screeched, throwing punches at the wall with anger.
"What's going on?" Luke questioned, making his way into the room.
Calum let out a small whimper, sliding down the wall. He continued to cry in the safety of a small ball that was formed by his large legs. Michael walked back inside, throwing the water onto the crying boy's head, only allowing him to break down even more.
"Michael, what happened?" Lauren asked. When he stayed quiet, only turning his head down toward the floor. "Camila. . What-"
"I shouldn't be the one to explain, it's his situation." Camila said, "But it's serious, like really, really, really serious."
"Simon Serious?" Dinah perked up, trying to lighten to mood.
Two of the three girls let out shaky laughs. "Yeah," Camila frowned, patting the 19 year old boy on the head, "Unfortunately."
Camila smiled lightly, "I have to go. Find Shawn and stuff."
"Bye."
"Cal," Michael kicked the side of the Maori boy's legs, "You haven't eaten in like -- two days? This place has fucking great pizza, just saying."
"Mike," Luke begins, "leave him alone. He's fine."
"Hopefully." Luke adds quietly. Lauren nods in agreement, stepping out of the room. Luke joins her, feeling a rush of nerves flood through his body.
"I want to talk to you," he gulped, unsure. "Alone."
"If this is about what happened earlier, I promise I'm okay. I'm going to forget about it-"
" That's not it. . But you shouldn't forget about her, just move on, those are to different things. I wanted to talk about. ." He sighed, shaking his head, "No, nevermind."
"About?" Lauren dragged the word out, tugging down his sleeve, "About what?"
"Nothing, it's just, silly. I guess."
"Luke. ."
Luke leaned against the wall, shutting his eyes. "Us."
"What about us?. . We're friends, right?"
( stuck in the friendzone again and again )
"Yeah, and that's what bothers me." He replied, biting his lip. Lauren cocked her head to the left, confused by what he'd meant.

Fanfiction"We'll do it." Those three words triggered the start of this entire adventure. It's amazing how those three words meant so much to this. Why Luke agreed? Beats me. Did I take anyone's advice? No one gave me any.
