Connie was breast feeding Noah leaning against Jacob's chest as he stroked her hair when Grace ran into the hospital room followed by Charlie.
"Aww he's here! Can I see him? Can I hold him?" She asked.
Connie laughed, "just give him a minute to finish feeding" she said.
"Oh, he's.." Grace giggled stepping back slightly.
Charlie laughed, "congratulations to you both" he said.
"Thanks Charlie" Jacob grinned before patting his knee, "come up here firecracker" he said.
Grace moved over to Jacob then he pulled her up onto his knee as Connie fixed her top and wrapped Noah back in his blanket properly before handing him over to Grace.

Charlie sat down in the chair next to the bed and smiled at Connie, "how you feeling?" he asked.
"Tired, but I couldn't be happier" she told him.
Charlie raised an eyebrow looking at Jacob who was watching Grace and Noah.
Connie just nodded and smiled at Charlie as she reached for Jacob's hand.
"You ok baby?" he asked as he squeezed her hand.
"Jacob! Noah's the baby silly!" Grace giggled.
Jacob smirked, "yeah he is" he said before kissing Connie's head.
Grace looked at them strangely but turned her attention back to Noah before passing him back to Connie.

"Charlie would you like a cuddle from him?" Connie asked.
"Definetly" he smiled as Connie handed  Noah over.
"Oh wow, Jacob he looks just like you!" he said.
"Yeah he really does" Connie agreed.
Jacob grinned at Connie who lent up and kissed him gently, "I love you" she said.
"I love you too sweetcheeks" he replied.
"Told you he loved you mummy! But did you listen at the time? Noooo" Grace laughed at them.
"Alright missy, you were right, I was wrong" Connie replied.
"Mummy I'm always right" Grace giggled.
"Oh that's very debatable" Connie said.

"Jacob are you going to live with us now because you love my mummy?" Grace asked.
"Oh, err I don't know princess" he said.
Connie looked up at him with puppy dog eyes and fluttered her eye lashes at him, "please?" she asked.
He laughed, "course I will if it's what you want!" he told her.
"It is, it really is" Connie replied.
"Well in that case, looks like I'm moving in" he grinned.
"Good" Connie said then kissed him gently.
"Jacob will you be my daddy to? You're Noah's daddy and you're like one to me, you're better than my real one" Grace asked.
"If that's what you want, and it's ok with your mum then course I will" he said whilst looking at Connie who nodded.

"Thank you!" Grace said happily then hugged them both the best she could.
Charlie smiled and passed Noah over to Connie, "should I take a photo of you all?" he asked.
"Yes please" Jacob said as he handed his phone over.
"But I've got no makeup on, and my hairs a mess" Connie groaned.
"Oh come on babe you look beautiful" Jacob told her.
Connie sighed, "fine, only because I love you" she said.
Jacob grinned and wrapped his arm around Grace as Connie snuggled into him holding Noah.
"One, two, three" Charlie said then he took the photo of them all and showed it to them.
"Your turn now Charlie, you are his grandad after all" Connie said.

Connie and Noah were discharged an hour or so later.
She left him with Jacob then went into the bathroom to get changed.
Jacob's eyes went wide when she came back out, "how have you given birth twelve hours ago?!" he asked.
Connie laughed and shook her head, "it's just a pair of jeans and a top" she said.
"But baby you look amazing, you've got your Louboutins on too!" he said.
"Oh shush you" Connie replied.
Jacob smirked and put Noah down in his car seat after changing his baby grow and putting a little blue coat and hat on him.
"He looks adorable" Connie said as she wrapped her arms around Jacob.
Jacob grinned and kissed her gently, "I love you" he said.
"I love you too" Connie replied then kissed him again.
Jacob pushed his tounge inside her mouth and tangled his hand in her hair as she held the back of his neck.

"Eww mummy, daddy! There's a baby!" Grace giggled.
Jacob pulled away and smirked, "let me guess, she doesn't know how he got here?" he whispered in Connie's ear.
"I don't think so" she replied.
He laughed and picked up Noah's car seat, "let's go home then" he said.
Connie picked up her bag and held her hand out Grace who took it whilst Jacob wrapped his free arm around Connie's waist and she lent her head on his shoulder as they walked out.
"I love my baby brother" Grace said.
Connie and Jacob smiled, "good, because I'm sure your baby brother loves you too" she told her.
