Jacob has his arm around Connie's waist as they walked around the venue they were viewing for the wedding. This was the seventh venue, as Connie had quickly found flaws with and dismissed the previous six.
"So... What do you think?" Jacob asked hopefully.
"Hate it" Connie replied quickly earning a groan from Jacob.
"I'm joking with you! I love it, it's perfect!" she grinned.
He smiled and lifted her up, spinning her round in his arms, "finally! We've found somewhere!" he laughed.
She nodded in agreement and smiled, standing out side the double doors to the grounds of the masion they had chosen.

It was huge, a perfectly mowed lawn, an orchid, arches of roses outside.
The inside had a large room set out all with chairs for the wedding ceremony, then a room decked out with tables, chairs and flower arrangements as an example for a reception.
There was also a dance floor and a stage for a band or orchestra.
A large staircase stood directly in front of the entrance of the home, a deep red carpet trailing down the centre of the cream carpet with a stained glass window above. It was perfect for photos.
Connie and Jacob confirmed their booking, for the wedding in four months time.

They left hand in hand, grinning to each other as they reached the car.
"Pick the kids up from Zoe now?" Jacob asked.
"Yes, err Jacob is your mum coming to the wedding?" Connie replied as she got in.
"Course she is, she's my mum" he told her.
"Right, but she doesn't approve of us, of me" she pointed out.
"And? She'll be civil" Jacob replied.
"Really? We told her we were getting married and she laughed, we asked her to look after the kids today and she said she'd only have Maya. What have Noah and Grace ever done wrong?!" Connie asked, beginning to get worked up.
"Woah babe will you calm down?" Jacob said as he started the engine.
"I can't calm down when I know that bitch is going to ruin my wedding day!" She replied.
"OUR wedding day! And that bitch is my mum!" Jacob said angrily.

"Doesn't change my opinion on her Jacob!" Connie shouted back.
"I don't care Connie! She's coming, like it or not. I get it, you hate each other but you both supposedly love me so you can both suck it up, I'll tell that to her too!" He said.
"Supposedly? I supposedly love you? Yeah because I agree to marry men I don't love" Connie said sarcastically.
"Well you agreed to have a baby with one" Jacob snapped, instantly wishing he hadn't said it.
"Don't say another word to me" she said through gritted teeth but he ignored her.
"Connie I'm sorry, I didn't mean that badly. I know us having Noah was my idea and I know we loved each other even then, please don't take it to heart" he begged.
"You said it as if it was a bad thing, as if you wished Noah hadn't happened with us not being together!" Connie said, her eyes filling with tears.

"No baby, no I didn't mean that at all. Everything is perfect right now, I wouldn't change anything. If we had of been together I wouldn't have Mia, maybe we wouldn't of had Noah at the time we did. Honestly Connie I just want us all to be happy" Jacob told her.
"I want us to be happy too, but it's really hard Jacob. I know your mum doesn't approve of me, and I can take that but she's taking it out on Noah and Grace, children who haven't done anything wrong! Noah is her grandson and she doesn't want to know him anymore, it's not fair" Connie cried.
Jacob pulled the car over into a lay by on a quiet country road then put his arms around Connie, "oh baby I'm sorry, I didn't realise it was upsetting you this much" he said as he held her close, his t-shirt becoming tear stained.
"I'm sorry, I look and feel so stupid right now but I just want the best for our children" she sniffled.
"I know baby, me too. I'll talk to her, I promise" Jacob told her.
"Thank you" Connie replied, then lent up and kissed his cheek softly.

"You don't need to thank me sweetcheeks, now let's get home and see our children. In fact, you really need to get home and see our children" he said then began to chuckle a little.
"Huh? Why?" Connie asked.
"Err, you're... Err" he said then moved his hand and guestered to her top, "leaking a bit" he added.
"Oh! Sorry!" Connie said, her eyes going wide.
"Nothing to be sorry for, I'm not complaining at all" Jacob smirked as the engine came back to life again but he kept his eyes firmly positioned on her chest.
"Turn that off" Connie ordered.
"Why?" He asked.
"Off" she said again.
Jacob laughed and turned off the engine then looked back to see Connie undoing her seatbelt and climbing into the back of the car, "joining me muscles?" she asked seductivly.
"Oh certainly Mrs B" Jacob smirked then pulled his t-shirt over his head before joining her on the back seat.
